Tried to order the taco/burrito pack, girl at the speaker pretended not to hear and gave us 10 tacos with about one tablespoon of food in them each and charged us $16. Had to go around inside to get the receipt because they wouldn't give me one in the drive thru. The employees are a bunch of zombies that don't really care about being there or doing things right. I'll make the drive to Del Taco next time, never again at this location.
This was my first time here. When I walked in tables and floors were dirty. Not one person greeted us for the first 5 minutes when someone did come up no hi or hello just what can I get you. Not friendly at all and when food was done I said thank you and no response. Such a bad experience. Do better I was in the fast food businessfor over 15 years.
Extremely dirty and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Was not greeted for 5 minutes. Then when the lazy worker came all he said was what can I get you. No hello or anything. Not going back and I wouldn't recommend to someone I didn't like.
No dine in unable to order at the counter. I can see employees standing around. I have a high profile van that will not fit through the drive through. You have to do better KFC!
Bought a 12 piece bucket. Got 6 breasts, 3 wings, 3 drumsticks. Got a box that looked like biscuits, 6 cookies. Not one thing was said about being out of anything. Won’t go back
This is the wing they sent me. No meat. Just bread. I also ordered a large drink and they gave me a small. I asked for honey and they gave me none. They just DUMPED my fries into the bag no caring. This is absolutely ridiculous!
I believe KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Cat. As that's how bad the chicken is. Some of the smallest pieces of dry and crusty trash I've ever seen.
We ordered an 8 piece bucket meal online and then went through the drive thru like we always do. This time they said that we would have to go inside to pick up our order. An inconvenience but no big deal. My husband ran inside and picked our order up and had me check it to make sure that it was all there because the biscuits have been missing in the past. The biscuits, 2 mashed potatoes, 1 cole slaw, and 1 buckets of chicken was there. After we got home and started to fill our plates we realized that they gave us 4 backs, 3 drumsticks, and 1 wing in our bucket! NO BREAST PIECES AT ALL! I tried calling them but no answer. Very disappointing. Will not be going back to that KFC again if we patron KFC at all again. This was the KFC on Kipling right off of C470.
I feel sick after eating here!! Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life!!! KFC was a staple when I was young, but anymore, I would recommend the homeless dig through their dumpsters for the same meal I just paid for!!! Not to mention that every table in the joint was unclean!!! Your establishment should be embarrassed and banned from serving the publuc!! I will NEVER eat at another KFC for the rest of my life!!!!!
Absolutely horrible!! I can't believe they are still in business. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a chicken chalupa. The fried chicken was so tough, chewy and disgusting that I was forced to return it. The xhalupa which should have a crispness to it, was soft and dusgustung!! I felt sick after eating here and will never return!!!! Absolutely horrible!!!
