I ordered the new Zesty Club. I took the pic with the advertisement hahahahhaaaaa dis is what it looks like. I really should have gotten my regular order, it’s a real let down.
Order from this store frequently and have never had a issue before until today. Grabbed my food from driver and Said to myself “why is this bag so light”? I opened the bag to find out there was no sandwich at all and just a bag of chips. I stopped the driver and let him know and he didn’t believe me until I showed him. Driver was just a young kid but he was very respectful and apologized for this action. He called his store and let them know. I also called the store and explained the situation to this lady. After explaining to her she said sorry, then stopped taking and said “wait can you repeat that”. (Like if I was making this up). They delivered the MIA sandwich and let me know they had a mass order they prior and things got mixed up. I appreciate this store getting this sandwich to me in a timely manner. Things like this are annoying, but I understand things happen. Was hoping for a free sandwich after this but does not look like that’ll ever happen haha.
The sandwiches are always lacking ingredients, the delivery is always hit or miss and no one knows how to answer a phone. This is such a disappointment.

I am allergic to lettuce and I asked specifically for no lettuce I went to the bathroom I came back I got home and I open my sandwich and I have lettuce on it and I have the EpiPen myself and then take the sandwich back an EpiPen myself again because these idiots could not figure out when I said no lettuce I mean no lettuce
Took over an hour and a half for food to be delivered. I live 2 miles away and it’s not the first time. Not freaky fast and not good service.
These guys consistently mess up online orders, whether it’s customization of your sandwich or even paid items. I’ve even called a couple times to point this out and been met with total indifference from management. Still jimmy johns quality, but this staff has proven to be incompetent
Freaky Slow!Our office is .7 miles from this store location, and today was the third time our order had taken over 45 minutes. From the time of order, it took 31 minutes to be prepared before going out for delivery, and when it left for delivery, it took 30 minutes to be delivered 7 blocks down the street. So overall a total of one hour to make a sandwich and deliver it less than a mile. I could've started my own sandwich shop in the amount of time it took for my food to get here.I called the store and was half-heartedly told "Sorry we just went through a big rush." Understandable, but when your slogan is focused on how quickly you prepare and deliver food, this amount of time is unacceptable. Specifically the 30 minute delivery time to drive 7 tenths of a mile.This happening one time is a mistake, two times is a concern, three times and I wont be ordering from this location ever again.
Ordered No Mayonnaise, but got tons of it and no mustard... Damn I love mustard... Done with Jimmy John's.
