Terrible place with clueless staff. I asked for a slim 5 with mayo...guy behind the counter tells me he can't put mayo on it and to order the Vito instead but it will cost more, fine. I tell him no onion or oil and vinegar, I literally just wanted the neat and cheese which is the slim 5 with mayo super simple. I get the sandwitch with no mayo and meat cheese and lettuce on it. Dude behind the counter is clueless. If you get the big dude with a beard triple check your order he obviously has no clue what he's recommending or what the customer is asking for

I've been a regular to this location for quite a few years now. As of recent, it is clear the standards for leadership has diminished. I was in there yesterday around 12:30. It was quite busy but I chose to wait in line. I waited for approximately 10 minutes before it was my turn to order. It was then that I was told they had run out of bread.....it wasn't even 1pm. I asked the guy what was going on because this had happened to me two other times in the last couple weeks. He proceeded to tell me that wasn't true. I told him it happened just last week and he said he was working last week and that wasn't true. He made sure to talk nice and loud for everyone to hear. I could not believe this guy was flat out calling me a liar. What he doesn't realize is I know he was working all three times this has happened. Coincidence? He also doesn't realize my wife was with me one of the times. I'm disappointed with my recent experiences at this location and I will not be returning. Things have gone downhill. My hard earned money will be spent elsewhere.
This store constantly shorts me on chips or cookies. If you order just the sandwich you’ll probably get it. If you order any sides be prepared to be ripped off.
They were selling orders without having bread ready. They should at least tell you how long before taking the order. I had to wait until bread was ready for making sandwiches.
40 minutes for a sandwich is not freaky fast! Order was placed at 2 pm.
Ordered a catering order online at 9am this morning. The pick up time was 4:10. It’s now 4:40 and they JUST STARTED making the sandwiches. Ridiculous. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for large orders/catering.
Freaky Fast delivery is a minimum 90 minutes, no matter how close you are to the shop. And that's if they decide to deliver that day. This is a franchise business, there's not a lot for "management" to figure out other than employees and schedules. Something changed in the last few months, it wasn't always like this.Save the frustration and go to an actual sandwich shop or deli.
Stopped by for a late lunch on a weekday. Staff was nice and greeted us as we walked in. Plenty of options on their menu. Servings are generous, we ended up splitting a large sandwich.
Why did you guys stop delivering? My coworkers and I used to order from you all the time and now it says you don't deliver to our location when we are right across the street. It's more convenient for delivery because we only have so long for lunch and can't always leave to go get food.
This place is a JOKE- freaky fast is an hour or more and the management will call to threaten you if you complain. And now they won’t even answer the phones/ it’s an immediate hang up instead of answering to take orders ornakswer questions. Like I said this location is a complete joke don’t even waste your time!!!!!
