It took more than an hour and a half for 2 sandwiches to be delivered, with no warning on the website about delays (estimated delivery time was 20 minutes). There should at least be a warning or accurate delivery time (maybe even pause online orders if you’re really that backed up??). Not the first time this location hasn’t lived up to the “freaky fast” motto
Staff here is terrible. Placed an online order, showed up 20 minutes later and employees are sitting outside smoking cigarettes with a sign on the door “we’re closed”. Now my order is “being prepared” according to the app. So now they have my money but I’m left looking for something else to eat. Pathetic. 0/5 stars
The service was as good as could be expected. I mean it was noon and there was only 1 guy in there helping all the customers and still answering the phone. It was only natural that the quality of the sandwiches would suffer...and they did. I received 2 sub-par subs, after a 20 minute wait, in a line of 6. Too bad...
This place is a joke, 45 plus minutes and no food! Really will never order from this store again. Then I call and get hung up on. I really wish I would not have tipped the person ahead of time.
I went into this location hoping the people preparing my sandwich would at least wear a mask, again(second location like this in Littleton) all the customers are wearing masks and there is a sign on the door asking customers to wear a mask yet the teenagers making the sandwiches get to do whatever they want and not wear a mask (Jimmy John's doesn't care about the customers safety). If I'm buying a TV I can Lysol the TV no big deal I'm not ingesting the TV, but if the sandwich cook isn't wearing a mask during a pandemic and the county we live in is currently requiring us to wear masks indoors then follow the rules! I wonder what other cleanliness standards and regulations this chain is ignoring. Eat at your own risk!
Serious waste of my time tonight trying to order dinner. BTW your phone is down JJ 1968. Already reported it to the corporate customer service and had to file a dispute for the transaction With my bank as I can’t go into the store because I have COVID.
Terrible service. Took over almost 2 hours to have 2 stale sandwiches be delivered. Called after it had been over an hour and was told it was out for delivery—which we saw had been out for delivery for 25+ mins already. Walked outside an hour and 40 mins after we placed our order to find our food sitting by the garage. No call or text to be notified of its arrival. After calling the location to complain, was treated with terrible service. We received a full refund and we’re told they were coming back to get their stale food—I’m sure they will be here in another 2 hours to pick it up.
Worst “interview” I’ve ever did in my life. Brendan the store owner asked me to sit down then came and sat the W-4 i front of me and said “sign this can you come in tomorrow?” He asked me absolutely 0 questions besides my availability I asked him if we could talk about pay before I sign anything after discovering it wasn’t a wage I can pay my bills with he said, “oh well you’re not my only interview I have about 15 applications to pull” I stood up and thanked him for the opportunity and reached out to shake his hand he looked at me and turned around. Terrible management that needs to learn some respect!
I've been coming here for about 6 years as I work not far away. The quality has slowly deteriorated over this time period. However, it's that they've forgotten the saying that the customer is always right which had prompted me to write this review:After ordering my typical sandwich, pickle and drink today, I was told by the individual who took my order that I hadn't ordered a drink with my meal. The total I was charged seemed high enough to include a drink and I questioned the logic. I was told, "sir, as clear as day I'm looking at the receipt and there's no drink on it!" I proceeded then to place another order and pay for a drink, thinking that maybe something was wrong but they hadn't recorded it. Once I received my order I saw that I clearly had ordered a drink with the original order and had been charged twice. I was then told by the staff (5 people behind the counter) that I would have to wait to get things fixed until they served the customers in line.I then left in frustration .. it just didn't seem worth my time to wait in protest for a dollar + change. And as you might image, the sandwich was bad. Let me say that this matter is LOCATION SPECIFIC. While I'm aware that the restaurant industry is stretched sideways in the wierd post-covid economy, I have not seen the same issues with the Jimmy Johns near where I live, or at Chick Fil A or another establishment that brags about their service like jimmy johns does. For a sandwich in the area, head down to the other end of the business center to the Jersey Mikes, which serves 3X the customers in the same timeframe as this Jimmy Johns, and would just give you a drink for free in this instance, recognizing that it's not worth the bad business to dwell on a mistake, much less ridicule customers.
Store was out of bread. But they still found a way to make me a great Italian
