You really have to work at it to earn a bad review from me. Jet's Pizza on Broadway has achieved it in spades. The reason for 2 stars and my patience with repeated poor service is that we like the pizza! At 6:20, I used their Text to Order feature to order our Pizza. (It seldom works as promised.) AT 7:00, I called to make sure they got the order and was assured it was received. At 7:30, an hour after initial order (on a WEDNESDAY) I was told they were just making it and we should get it by 8:00. By 8:30 I ended up cooking after a horrible day. No call, never an apology and this is the final straw. Goodbye Jet's. I can understand staffing issues and product shortages but lies and customer neglect are inexcusable. You have all been warned about a pattern of lousy service. We are done.

We tried Jets Pizza on Colorado on recommendation from this group. The food was great Detroit-style pizza, but even more cool:My 8-yo daughter decided she wanted to raise money for dogs/cars in need. We offered to match what she raises. The going has been slow as she’s raising from a box and sign she made on our door.Last night our delivery driver gave generously. She was so excited. And the pizza was awesome. Will be ordering again!
I love Jets. Best wings and I'm obsessed with the 4 and 8 corner pizzas. Wish they weren't as pricy as they are but it's worth it once in a while.
Really good pizza. Get the turbo crust. Crispy and delicious.
Jet's has really gone down hill. Both in food quality, customer service & delivery time (past 3 times employee stated 45 minutes til delivery, It was an hour and a 1/2!!!).
7935 s broadway, Littleton co, 80122. These guys are total pot heads. I ordered a pizza and left a good tip .... was delivered something different. I paid for an extra ranch dipping sauce and didn't receive it.. I didn't call and complain because I'm a nice guy. But this time I ordered and let them know I didn't receive my correct order last time or dipping sauce..... I left a good tip this time as well......even worse this time.... did not receive any dipping sauce at all. . The girl on the line had no idea how to deal with an unsatisfied customer ...... complete waste of time and money. You really need to watch these people because they will screw up your order and not Have any type of coherent response to your concerns....ORDER From SOMEONE ELSE!!!!
Don't think I've ever been to a jets. Stumbled upon the one in Littleton while out on a drive. Other than the snack at the counter, the pizza was ?? amazing! Not normally a fan of deep dish but their flavor was outstanding. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. Haven't had pizza sauce so good in ever! Love the cheese blend they use as well... And I couldn't believe how cheap it was! Definitely a steal in my book. I'll be back when I'm in the area or even to other locations if I see one!
