Pretty bland italian. Probably would have been better with the pickles and pepper relish i requested...I had to dress it up myself from ingredients from my fridge for it to taste even halfway decent. I heard really good things about this business. However, looks like the hype train has arrived and it didn't deliver.
Waited 25 minutes for my hot sub and then the staff gives my sandwich to someone else who came in 15 minutes after me, so then I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my sandwich finally. Because of this delay I’m ran out of time in my lunch break and was not able to eat my sub.The staff was overwhelmed with online orders, and they seem to take priority over in person orders.
The sandwiches were amazing and the staff was so chill. They're fast but efficient and seemed not super stressed. Prices are good and there's a lot of different ways you can add or subtract stuff to your meal. Make sure you're paying them well please!
Great service today! The staff was really busy during the Special Olympics donation promo, which was why I came in today, but they handled everything perfectly. The sandwiches were made in a reasonable amount of time and came out perfect. I didn't know this location was even here but after today's experience I'll definitely return.
Tall woman working at 1 on Tue 4/19. Just wrap the sandwich. You don't have to squeeze it and crush the sandwich as you wrap it. Slowest jersey mikes I've been too. Staff is in no rush, so if you are, try Jimmy John's across the steet

Absolutely love this place, always good service and the employees are nice. Food is USUALLY great. giving em a 4star instead of 5 cause tonight i got a BLT and it was just FILLED with over cooked, dry nasty bacon PIECES instead of strips. they all tasted like really nasty old grease and smelt horrible :( so i would avoid that, everything else is good tho.
Staff was friendly, in just the right amount. Not overly that it’s disingenuous but they we’re all smiling and sincere about it. Obviously great sandwich’s too, as always
We ordered online and they were 15 minutes behind. Which, we could have handled. However one of the workers had a horrible attitude with my husband when he asked about the order. This is the THIRD time I’ve ordered online only to have to order ready late- I can deal with running behind but the attitude is just not needed. All things taken into account, I simply can’t recommend them
