Your sandwiches are just too expensive. I ordered a tuna and it's so bland and watery.Great team working together though.
Was just there and I am not satisfied with the results. I asked for a large Chipotle on rosemary parm and got a regular on white. There is hardly any toppings except a couple slices of pepper and onion. Asked for Swiss cheese and I don't see any cheese. Probably won't be coming back.
I love Jersey Mike's, but I feel the quality of service has gone down, across many stores. I have gone to this store frequently, and most of the time I have no issues. But there is a consistent problem with the bread quality, particularly the wheat bread. It seems more often than not the bread is too hard. I don't know if it is old and getting stale or some other issue, but it doesn't make forward good meal. Bread like this should not even be allowed to be served.In addition, online special requests are rarely read; this seems to be a problem with multiple locations. I don't know if it is the system used or just overlooked. I cannot order a #9 without mayo online because most times, I get it with mayo.I definitely won't be visiting this store too often.
3/30/2022Today at 12:30 pm I went to pick up an online order that was placed before I went to the restaurant. Around 1:00 pm I asked a nice lady if my order was ready and she told me they were working on it. Around 1:15 I saw a guy pulling down the ticket for my order at 1:30 I understand restaurant was busy then I asked a short guy if my online order was ready on a politely and on a well educated manner and a tall gut wearing glasses told me on a rude manner that they got really slammed, I totally understand it and I just told him that they already clear 4 long lines of people (around 60 customers in front of me) and I was waiting for my order for like and hour on a very politely. He was super rude and told me... YOU JUST HAVE TO CHILL OUT!! I responded to him that was waiting for and hour and he responded again YOU JUST HAVE TO CHILL OUT!Please talk to your employee and tell him he needs to respect your customers. He is one of the tallest guys at your restaurant.Jersey Mike's, you guys are better than this!Thank you.
Went to pick up a sandwich. While I was looking at menu, noticed the last fellow in the sandwich line (the spot next to cash register), finishes up the sandwich, wraps it and then touches cash register, cash, etc. with gloves on and then goes right back to his station WITHOUT changing gloves or washing hands against Jefferson County Health Dept. requirement and even worse, basic common sense! Employees looked scruffy and there were two employees in parking lot in their car either taking a break or waiting for their shift smoking or vaping with smoke pouring out of the car window right outside the restaurant. Not very reflective of an upscale sandwich place.
I’ve always been a mikes above all other subs but this location will literally make me second guess that! The roast beef sandwich was pathetic at best. Seriously letdown.
My son and I go to Jersey Mike's at 10278 W Centennial Road in Littleton all the time. I got covid and nothing tasted good to me except their subs and goldfish, for some reason. Jordan (the owner?) is there regularly with a crew that does an outstanding job. They are always pleasant and make the subs any way you want them. The subs are always fresh, always made consistently and you can watch them make it right in front of you. So, you know what you get when you order it. They definitely have the best subs in the area!! It's not even close! If you haven't been there, you need to go!! Jordan and his team are awesome and will definitely take care of you. I have never gotten a bad sub there and I go there at least twice a week. Go! You will be glad you did!!!
They get the order wrong 50% of the time. They also just left a whole sandwich out of my order. We like the food, just wish QC was better - mgmt!?
I ordered online to pick up at 7:09. They forgot to make my sandwiches so I waited over 20 min inside for them to make. Then they put up on the to go rack without telling me and without offering any sort of apology for forgetting about me.
I liked my sandwich even though it's over priced but the inside was very messy. Tables not clean and the counter was gross
