This place is AMAZING. We came in an hour before close and got amazing service followed by absolutely incredible food. The spam roll is fire. The garlic chicken is amazing. And the macaroni salad is AMAZING. EVERYTHING IS AMAZING. This restaurant will exceed all of your expectations.You will regret it if you do not get the coconut cake. It’s one of the best slices of cake I have ever eaten. If you’re a foodie, get here ASAP!
Iwayama did not live up to its high ratings. It took over an hour to get our entrees. The sushi was warm and not suitable for consumption. (I paid the price all night ?.) The sushi was nowhere close to being the best like its website boasts.
First time ordering from this place. To go order was 1 hr late (after the 40 min prep time) and the process was very disorganized. Only a couple servers working and they have curbside pickup, but no parking available and no one was coming out to the cars. 7-8 people were waiting for to go orders.When I got the food, you could tell it was rushed. Maybe 3 out of 5 stars on the food.I get every restaurant has off nights, but this was pretty bad. Didn't seem like they cared that they weren't hitting high standards. No discount or comped apps or any indication they wanted to make it right.I might give it another shot for dine in as those customers seemed to be their focus, but will definitely pass on to-go orders in the future.
First time visit and had a great experience. sushi was fresh and better than expected
Easily my pick for one of the best sushi spots. The Hawaiian kick to the flavors and dishes makes for a far more than paletteable meal. Quality of fish was fresh, and surprised me to find a sushi place that has a shumai appetizer, which while small was equally as delicious. Only detriment I could find was the cramped dining area, but not much can be done there so I don't fault them for that. Recommend'd
Lovely staff & wonderful sushi!
This is an excellent sushi restaurant stretching Hawaiian dishes that are both authentic and tasty. Indoor dining is available but proximity is very close (thus the for star rating instead of five stars). Take out and curbside pickup at available and efficient as well as being safe options during the pandemic. The staff is attentive to cuisines, grateful for the business, and accommodating in terms of offering low contact pickup options.
Hidden gem! Best sushi on the south west side. So friendly and always top quality!
Top notch sushi AND great Hawaiian fare. Interesting burgers and sandwiches with the classic Hawaiian macaroni salad, you can get it all here. If you're looking for a good burger in the area try the Juicy Lucy! Check this place out.
Our favorite sushi place that we have found in Colorado. The fish is so fresh and my boyfriend loves the various Hawaiian dishes they have.
