Went for breakfast at my non-vegan wife's insistence. Restaurant was clean and waitress was kind and helpful. Choice of vegan items was extremely limited, as I expected, but I was able to get the crispy fried breakfast potatoes and a bowl of fresh fruit and they were quite nice. It could have been a lot worse. Still, not somewhere I would choose to go to if I had a choice (simply due to lack of options).

My boyfriend and I went there just now and we were basically ignored after ordering even after trying to wave down the waiter, other patrons had seemed like they were having troubles just getting drinks. We requested certain things with our food and didn't get anything like what we asked for. The "extra crispy" bacon was basically raw, my french toast didn't initially have the toppings I asked for. We kept trying to get a refill but we were ignored by the two different servers that were around, even other patrons we're getting up and physically getting the server to help them. The people we did speak to were rude, and had attitude. At the end of all of that, two small meals were $50 total.This honestly really upsetting as I used to love going to IHOP, I really hope their quality and service improves.
Came for breakfast this morning thinking it was going to be super busy for Mother's Day but we were seated upon arrival. Our waiter was SUPER nice & really went above & beyond. I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name but he really gave exceptional service! The whole staff was super friendly & it just stuck out to me. I know ihop is a chain restaurant but this specific location is doing an amazing job!
Our server was genuinely nice and very knowledgeable. We were seated in a large booth that was very comfortable. The menus were clean as was the table and condiment containers on the table. The restaurant was busy and all the employees were buzzing around making it all look so easy. Our food came out in a short period of time and was cooked perfectly to order. I haven't been here in many years but that has now changed. We will be enjoying IHOP for years to come.
It's been several yrs since we visited this IHOP and I must say it was a pleasurable experience. The whole interior has been updated. It's bright, airy and clean. The music selection was good and not too loud. The seats were comfortable and the menu has been updated. Our meal was tasty and our waitress was very attentive. Not that it (the interior) was ever bad before but it did need an update. The reason we stopped visiting was every time we went to IHOP to eat 20min after we left we would get gurgling stomachs. This never happened at any other restaurant. So we boiled it down to the oil they used to cook with. Now several years later we decided to try it out again, and if it made our stomachs upset then we would never eat there again. Well I'm happy to report that we left there satisfied and no gurgle ??
Good breakfast food. Always busy, but the staff has always been friendly and reasonably organized. Some of the young kids that work there need a kick in the butt though. It's a job, act respectful and be grateful.
I can't believe I'm writing this about a chain like IHOP but this was an amazing breakfast. Service was great and while disappointed that supply chain issues made it so that they had no half and half for coffee, I don't see that as a reason to dock them in current times. The food was great and very quick after ordering. I had the Poblano Omelet and wow. Best omelet I've had in a very long time. Spicy but not so much you couldn't enjoy. And the pancakes were on point
I love their pancakes. I think they are the best out of the other chain restaurants. Nice staff. They work hard considering the shortage of staff.
Amazing service last Friday evening (1/21) Our server with the red glitter mask (wish I remembered her name) was so kind and patient. We had a very needy group including 2 toddlers, and she was so helpful and attentive. We’ll be back!
The staff were incredible, excellent customer service. The strong team was apparent--everyone helped everyone, and the manager was actively working and supporting his team as well as customers. I was super stoked to find they have gluten free pancakes!
