We had Hogback BBQ cater our rehearsal dinner and we could not have been more pleased! Our guests loved the food. They were wonderful to work with as we planned the big day. Using Hogback was one less worry for our wedding! LOVE LOVE THEIR MEAT!
Good stuff! I go for take out occasionally while my wife gets her hair done next door. Good portions, very tasty.My recent order of brisket was a bit on the fatty side, but I'm chalking it up to a "one off." ??
One of the BEST barbecue places I’ve had!! We got the pulled pork sandwich, Mac and cheese, pork belly, and some fries. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection!! ?? the brisket melted in your mouth and the Mac and cheese was so creamy and the pulled pork was perfect!! Add some spicy BBQ sauce and it was heaven! Of course you have to overload and try their peach crisp!! ?? Not to mention we had the best and sweetest server, shout out to Mika. You killed it girl! Definitely will be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️!!
Great Food and Great People!Ordered over the phone and talked to a very nice young man. Told me 5 minutes so set alarm and walked over.Was greeted warmly and my Brisket was all ready for me.Got back and opened up to go box and found a HUGE pile of fries & a really Good Sized serving of brisket.Hot, delicious and a fantastic lunch break!Thank you Hogback BBQ!!!!!
Friendly staff, delicious food & outdoor seating to enjoy the Colorado breeze. Definitely a must stop if you like BBQ...& if you don't like BBQ, there is something seriously wrong with your taste buds. Ha! We ordered some fried pickles, PBBLT, Buffalo wings, Berry Habanero wings, & a piece of cornbread. Everything was so good, but that cornbread is to die for...soft & sweet. Yum!
Expensive for what you get! The food is pretty good, the service was great despite there only being one waitress for the entire place. We spent $60 including tip without alcohol. Not a bad place, but we won't be back.
I splurged today for lunch. I had a wonderful pulled pork sandwich & onion rings. It was awesome!! Best rings I’m town. The pork was tender and easy perfectly. Side of spicy bbq sauce! Not reall spicy but very yummy!!
We stopped here while visiting family. My husband got the ribs and loved them. I got a sandwich that had pulled pork, pepper jack cheese and green chili on it. Both was delicious. We also got smoked wings which was also great. The server was awesome as well. We will be back next time we visit the area.
Thickest ribs ever when I ordered a full slab and chicken wings were great but the pulled pork sandwich was not worth bragging about. Gotta eat the ribs though. And sauces were great except one kind everybody has their own preferences though. . And burgers could have been a little bigger. smaller than a whopper
The first time we came here we were really impressed. We have a gotten a variety of items from here and its pretty good. My wife really enjoys the the original porker and the cajun blues burger with sweet potato fries. I have gotten brisket, hot links, smoked wings and ribs. We tend to go when I get a craving for bbq and I am to lazy to spend the day smoking. However I dont think we will be going here very often anymore. The price is way to much for what you get. I can pick up a 2rack of ribs for the same price of one rack and they are bigger and have more meat. Also the last 3 times we have gone the ribs are burnt and super chewy and dry. The hot links where dry and over cooked, the wings had no sauce, and the porker had no meat on it. According to my wife I make better bbq at home and she prefers it. This place is good if you get a quick craving or you can't smoke your own meats but if you can and have the time do it yourself.
