I really enjoy this restaurant. It is not the GREATEST Mexican food, but the food is good and consistent. I really love the habenero salsa, and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! The service is usually good and the overall wait time from ordering to receiving your food is usually great. I usually go during lunch time, and find the atmosphere to be perfect for conversation and fellowship.
This place used to be great, not any more. We called at 8:45 on Saturday night and asked if it was too late to place pickup order, we are told it was not. The worker said "i got you, I will take your order". Ordered 3 plates and we picked up 15 mins later at 9:05 pm. When we arrived the kitchen was closed and workers were cleaning up despite the posted hours saying they were open til 10:30 pm. When we got home none of our food had any sauce, no green chili or enchilada sauce. And it made us sick. If you are closed or don't want the business, just say so. That's why we asked first. We spent $60 plus a $10 tip to be ripped off! You should be ashamed.
Good service, good food! Our server Charles was great!!!
We really like Hacienda. There's almost nothing to complain about, no matter which location we visit. Delicious is always on tap no matter which you go to also. Always good service too. Jimmy was great ! ?
I am so disappointed!i I ate there a while ago and it was great. Went back today and it was bad. The beans had a cleaning chemical taste, the salsa had No flavor, the chili rellenos had grease running out of them - more grease than green chili. The iced tea had maybe 3 ice cubes. Our waitress did not once ask us how our meal was. Or I would have politely let her know.☹️
Great tasting food but a little pricey for Mexican food
Our meal was $70 and the only thing that taste good was the margarita. I had a cheese and onion enchilada in red sauce, it was good sized but just not good. My husband had the "crispy" chile rellenos and they were neither crispy or tasty. He said it was like big dough ball. We won't be back.
I was hesitant in my mind on how things would go once we got there and looked at the prices on the menu. To my suprise it was well worth the money spent for what you get as for portions. The tall black guy with braides was super cool too! He was our waiter and we had no clue they shut down already but that guy was in absolutely no rush to get us out like so many other waiters would have done. He was also very knowledgeable on the menu and the restaurant itself. I sure hope he's getting paid well because as many restaurants as I've been to in 38 different states he's got everything down well which is rare now days

Food was alright. Service was alright. Nothing to complain about, but nothing overly impressive either. It was pretty crowded when we went on a Friday night, which is expected at that time anywhere really. We only went because we had a gift card. There's probably other places I'd choose to spend my money next time.
