Loved the atmosphere of this diner. 50’s style, complete with a juke box and classic milkshakes! Our server was very sweet and helpful in deciding what to order. Dinner was delicious!
The Bloody Mary was weak.. No way it was a full shot.. I don't drink often and I should have gotten a little buzz from it.. Could have been clearer.. You could see the dust and grime on the decorations and there was what looked like vanilla something on the booth.. My glass had a chip on the rim.. I'VE HAD BETTER.. I'VE HAD WORSE..
There are staffing shortages everywhere. It was our waitress’s first night serving food ever and she covered the entire restaurant by herself. It took awhile to get the food but it was is good, and we enjoyed the 1950’s atmosphere. We appreciate and support local businesses, so we’ll be back!
Lovely little setup with traditional diner fare. Clean dining room with plentiful and friendly staff. Reasonably priced with us ordering two coffees, two entrees, an appetizer and a side of biscuits and gravy for $44. Worth a stop for a quick, friendly meal.
Never been here and found it along my journey this day. The atmosphere was great flash back into the past. The food was amazing I couldn't stop eating it. The cook never removed the smile from his face was very contagious LOVED IT. The worse part was the service sadly. Waitress didn't have the time of day for us and when we did flag her down she would totally make us wait another 5 min to finish her looking busy job. So so sad. I had to go ask for syrup and coffee from another waitress. Place could be a totally hopping spot if they had better waitress for real. Good thing cook kept his smile on other wise I would have walked out long time ago. Mixed feelings about if I'll go back to suffer through more lack of customer service or not maybe take best option. Food well worth it
I haven't been to this diner in 15 years. My past experience was terrible.Yesterday I was sent a few pics of the amazing fare Gunther's was concocting, so- today we gave it a shot. Good food, excellent prices, and a family friendly atmosphere. We will definitely return for more of the signature items
I've been to this location a few times now after our son's basketball game and we've had good experiences each time.Aesthetically, it resembles a classic old school diner, nothing fancy, a little worn down even- it definitely has a "Diner Vibe". However, it's the food and service that sets this place apart. The first trip, the waitress even got everyone together to sing happy birthday. We had good and attentive service each time we were there, and everyone seemed happy to be at work. The food was good- heaping portions, delicious combos for reasonable prices- good place to go for comfort food and if you're hungry. I got the California burrito the first time, and the second time, I got the Red Hot Mamma Scramble, which was probably my favorite so far. I substituted bacon for the sausage, and it added a nice kick with the green chili and jalapeños. I'm also a big fan of their seasoned salt, which you can apparently buy. We've only been here for breakfast but it's nice that they also serve alcohol too. We'd come back and recommend it!
Awesome time great 1950s atmosphere. I had the country fried steak ,hashbrowns , toast, over easy eggs and hot coffee. Highly recommended great nostalgia. Family friends.
I absolutely LOVE Gunther Toody’s!!! I love the 50’s style diner and the service is always amazing! I haven’t eaten a bad thing here - the best are the cheese fries and milkshakes! This is definitely our favorite Colorado restaurant! Every location is superb <3
Had a great meal here. The food was the first time that I have ever gotten food in a restaurant that looked as good as it does in the pictures. The service was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Everything tasted as good as it looked. Will definitely be going back. Great job Gunther Toody’s .
