Love that they have Kaladi coffee. Unfortunately, the young servers working have no idea what service means. I waited while the gal made the previous patrons order which is as it should be but she never once said a word to me or acknowledged my presence in any way. While the blender was doing its thing she easily could have rung up my bag of coffee but instead she chose to assist the other server who was looking for scissors to open a box - the second server never said a word to me - no hello, no we’ll be right with you, nada. The line continues getting longer and the hunt for scissors continues. Then, of course, I get asked if I want to leave a tip (as is the new expectation - requesting a tip for simply existing) - guess what my answer was? I’ll go back because they have Kaladi but I’ll know what to expect on the service end.

Went on a busy Sunday and was served in less than 5 mins with only 2 ladies working the counter. The black tea was brewed separately from the coffee (life saver) and the blended Carmel Crunch Frappe was amazing!! If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would!!!
Very nice staff and good atmosphere. My son loved the hot chocolate. There was only one choice for coffee, and it was okay at best. Very odd choice to store the beans cold in a fridge.

Went to this lovely place while I had a brief waiting period. In addition to offering coffee, they have a wide variety of soups, too.
Writing this review hoping it will help this business improve their place.I was waiting too long for my two coffees which is not that big of a problem since barista was on a training.When we already hit the road I realized that both of coffees were burnt and completely undrinkable. In other words, I paid 16$ for something that we could not even consume.
