The other day I saw a sign for Colorado pizza. I have no idea what Colorado pizza is. But I have learned what a Colorado green chili breakfast burrito is. And they are a THING. There are a few places that I can swing by drive-throughs and get one fast, fairly cheap, and definitely delicious. Good Times is one of those places. Good Times is creeping up on my list of all time faves to go to in a pinch.Added bonus- they have a restroom with a code for you to use (even though they don't have a lobby). I just keep discovering more and more I love about this place!
Drive through took over 30 minutes to get our food. We were stuck in line with no way to leave.
Ordered green chili mac and cheese..Was half full what is that? If I wanted 1.5 inches of Mac and cheese I'd rather not order it. Seriously? Don't blame inflation this is deflation.
This is the third time I've come here and gotten a breakfast burrito that was actually ice cold. I genuinely don't understand how someone could actually pick one of these up and put it in the bag like that. It's not a mistake, they know they're serving cold food, they just don't care.I'm not a picky person, I don't even care if a burrito has been sitting around in a warming tray all morning as long as it's actually hot. Getting a cold burger and fries is a negative experience, but if you come here for breakfast you have a very good chance of getting seriously ill. This is irresponsible and unsafe and I'd highly recommend everyone stay far away from this place.I keep giving them more chances because it's actually great food when it's fresh and all of the employees at the window are extremely nice and friendly, but I'm sick of wasting my money and my patience has run out.
Initially the order I received through a doordash order was completely fouled. However after contacting the store and speaking with Aaron one of the shift leads there the problem was eventually resolved in a very amicable way between both parties. He and his general manager were extremely patient and willing to solve the problem where doordash absolutely refused. After many years working in the food industry I can see these individuals have a good grasp on customer service even in the hard times we are all going through.
Really good place!and the manager was really nice and took care of a minor issue right away for me today which was really nice and I will keep coming back a lot now.
Got a burger and fries at 10:50amFries were cold, only had small drinks and burger was hot and raw. Won’t be back !!!!!
For the most part the food is good! The customer service is usually really good. I give it a 3 stars because each time we have gone, they have missed something in order. Usually a sandwich or sandwiches. I would say that is important part of the meal. Most of the time when you call they are good about it. Sometimes you get a not so nice manager that thinks you are making it up. So check and recheck! A lesson learned. Its happened three times.
I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger they left off the cheese. I have loved them because the meat is not previously frozen but i learned they cook the burgers before you order and put them on a warming tray, yuck. The owner didn't disagree.
I really love Good Times, but I keep having bad experience after bad experience at this location. We opened up our burritos to find they were ice cold. I don't understand how that's even possible. I drive further than most people would to this location because I love the food, but I can't do it anymore after having thrown my money and time away so many times.
