Omg....great food and the great people who work there are what makes this place easy to want to go to
Ordered stuff crust pizza two separate times. The did not put any meat on the pizza. Just cheese . Manager hung up on me when I voiced my opinion. Will never, ever go back.
Our family enjoyed this local spot....off the beaten path a bit, but easy access. Great options, nice specials, reasonable pricing and enjoyable children's menu. Floors a little slippery. We didn't feel rushed and I know we took longer than a average customer - sometimes comes with having kids. Staff very friendly and helpful. Boys enjoyed the garlic knots and pasta with marinara.
The food isn’t as good as it used to be. The food is either really REALLY good or it’s undercooked and bad.The delivery drivers were always high? Not a huge problem but I don’t think it’s great for business.I haven’t seen my favorite server in months. She always got yelled at by the people in charge so I guess she quit. She seemed very sweet and tried her best. Just a kid getting bullied by adults.I hope this place starts getting their s together because I miss the old knot.
The ground meatball on the pizza is fantastic. They do seem very overwhelmed here. But I continue to return.
Ordered a delivery at 717 tonight. Called about 8 to inquire if it was still coming. The weather was bad so wanted to make sure. Spoke to Anastasia who assured me my order was on the way. Called back at 850 when I still had no pizza and was again connected to Anastasia, who told me she was the owner, that we had ordered for pickup, and that they would not be delivering our pizza. When I expressed frustration, she informed me that she could ban us from the store, then hung up on me. Bad night for delivery, but after this experience, we will not order again, and will make sure to tell anyone who asks about our experience.
Excellent food, clean establishment, and good staff.
At first I was going to give a 1 star because the garlic bread was doughy and so much garlic on it I threw it away. But after reaching out to the owner Wendy she made it right and reassured me she would retrain her cook. So I order again tonight and it was like 180 degree turn to the right way things should be made. Thank you Wendy will definitely be coming back.
Pizza and knots are the best around. Side salads are crisp and robust. A great dining experience.
Their gluten free pizza crust is very good!
