Freddy's delivers one of the best hamburgers. The customer service was great. Good work Freddy's team!
My husband loves it!I just don't care for that kind of hamburger...smashed and thin. He thinks there's something wrong with me. ? Nice people and clean.
Not a quality experience compared to my times going to the Belleview location.My wife went in for take out a little after 1:30pm today. There was very little traffic inside or out. She ordered for me chili cheese fries, and the employee asked if onions were okay on the fries. Yes, my wife responded. No onions on the order. Then ordered a Chicago dog. Employee asked if we wanted all of the fixings, yes. No mustard, and no celery salt on the order. My wife took the order to the car, and checked for everything. They forgot her medium order of fries, so she had to go back in.Looking at the receipt nothing indicated that anything was supposed to be taken off those items, but my wife's burger clearly stated what needed to be nixed.. Sad, because this new store is the closest one to our home.
Ordered online for pickup. When I arrived they said sorry we aren’t set up for online orders must be a different location. Double checked the order later and sure enough it was the right place. Drove to the other location and not much better. Forgot half my order. Food was ok. First time eating at this chain, probably the last time until these guys get it together
Food is delicious and hats off to the excellent service provided by Dante at the drive through window! Top notch employee!
Ordered at the drive-thru on 4 separate occasions; only one (opening day) met our expectations. The majority of the orders exhibit the following issues:1. Cold patties or cold fries indicating that meals aren’t actually made to order or are not getting properly expedited2. Missing items or missing condiments (forgetting pickles seems common, also got the wrong drink on one occasion)3. Inconsistently seasoned fries (in one instance they were so salty they were inedible)Generally we enjoy Freddy’s and so we keep trying this location but haven’t had much luck.
This is the CLEANEST business I have ever been in which has some to do with it being a new building but the staff is doing a superb cleaning job. I have eaten at this particular Freddy's five times now and it's a shame that I can only do one Google review for them instead of the 5 all 5 STAR reviews they deserve. The food is prepared hot and fresh when you order, staff is always friendly, helpful and polite. This is the ONLY fast food restaurant where when I dine in, the employees will come check on my satisfaction making me feel more like a guest rather than just a customer. I googled Freddy's this morning to see what time they opened and saw that this location only had a 2.5 star rating which is absurdly ridiculous. I read through the reviews and it just sucks that you can serve 100 people, perhaps have 1 unhappy person in that 100 but that unhappy person is the one person that leaves a review and not the 99 highly satisfied return customers. Wish I had left a positive review sooner for these guys. To the staff at Freddy's, Thank you for your smiles and all your hard work and efforts! You guys are AMAZING!
In the past I have always loved Freddy’s but I will not be going to this one. Waited over an hour in the drive through for my food, ended up with cold food and not my full order. Tried asking for my missing item and some new fries if that was possible. I was told I needed to wait because they were too busy to help. I will not be returning.
I’m a big Freddy’s fan and finding out they were opening up a location near my house was awesome. But this place just isn’t ready nor at the Freddy’s standards. Nearly every aspect of my order was incorrect. I got no sauce for my chicken tenders, my chili cheese fries had almost ZERO chili in them, and to top it off not only was I charged the incorrect price for the custard sandwich, it was also the wrong flavor and practically melted. I know these negative reviews are common these days but take your business elsewhere, seriously.
I love Freddys and was super excited to see a new one open at Mineral and Broadway. I just got take out from there and I have to say that I am disappointed. The fries weren’t fresh and my burger didn’t have any ketchup or mustard on it, even though I requested both of them and my boyfriends burger had a drop of ketchup on it. Seriously? The two cheapest toppings and you skimp on them???? Two Fry sauces aren’t enough for two fries either, 3 definitely works better. I know that you just opened and I’ll give you one more try before going back to the Belleview location if you are going to continue skimping on your toppings.
