I stopped here with my son to get a couple of concrete milkshakes. In the past they've been pretty decent, but not this time. The ice cream or custard or whatever it was have a distinct chemical taste, and was watered down enough to be more like milk than an ice cream product. A regular sized concrete shake was the size I would expect of a small. Overall, The taste was extremely artificial and so bad that I will never be back again. Something tells me that if I left the shake sitting on the curb and came back a thousand years, it would look as fresh as the day it was made.The twinkle now has some competition
Ordered 3 burgers with cheese on one only and 1 no onions, 1 everything and 1 no pickles and 2 chocolate sundaes. Received 2 cheeseburgers 1 hamburger, and 2 cups of a scoop of chocolate custard. The person who took the kept asking “ if that was all” as I was trying to complete my order rather than listening to the order. We were there a couple of weeks ago and ate inside and the staff ( I should say the kids) were having a food fight in the kitchen. The quality of this particular restaurant seems to have gone downhill.
I always have the right order, thorough and friendly staff and delicious food! I love the thinner burger patty and shoestring fries. The custard and shakes are great too, my 8 year old loves to get a small with oreo. Although today we weren't given a burger in our order and the kids burger had 2 patties so we Gave one to the dog. My kids favorite fast food, and we go at least once a month. I got a lettuce wrapped burger today and it was amazing!! ? **update, due to the business responding to make the situation right, I am changing my review from 4 back to 5 stars. Honestly, a wonderful business with great food, made fresh!
Is this Freddy’s sauce or is it spit? Came back after getting a wrong order and to honest never coming back.
Ordered a party melt and received this. So far from what I ordered its crazy! The worst part is we live in Bailey, so a an 1 1/2 hour roundtrip and money WASTED. Thanks Freddy's, consistently inconsistent.
We always love Freddy's! Burgers and fries always so yummy. I forget how a little custard goes a long way ? but so smooth and creamy!
Took a long time in the Drive-Thru even though I was only the second person in line food was correct food was good however service not so good couldn't use my points would not give me extra points wrote a letter to the corporate they weren't pleasing at all very disappointed probably won't go back
It's a good burger, especially the crust on each patty. The thin patty gives you more crust and a double gives you enough meat. I always order California style, yum.Burgers should be sloppy but the kids there just slop them together and throw them in a bag. It'd be nice if they took a little time to put the ingredients in properly - the right amount of mustard and not a HUGE glob - for example, and have everything at least stacked properly.The shoestring fries follow the same design - thin to give you more crust! Very good.
Love the food. But this location sucks! Always the longest wait in line. And can NEVER seem to get the order right. I no it’s hard to get good help now days but dam! It’s call fast food for a reason.
Great people here. The service has always been good at this Freddy's, and I'm always eager to come back and have their delicious custard and steakburgers. They don't normally come with ketchup, but you also don't normally need it. I'll be back here in no time, keep up the good work!
