Waited in line for over 20 mins tonight and when we got to the order speaker all we got was attitude... so we left and went next door to KFC/ AW mix, which was super nice and fast!I will not return to this location because of the experience tonight. Completely unacceptable. Especially late at night and no this was not an issue of 1 staff working. They need to hire better staff or something. Just atrocious and will make me rethink going to any other locations going forward
I regularly have problems with the orders from here, tonight I found someone's hair in my cheese fries and was missing 4 items from a $78.00 order. Cold fries, warm shake only half full, and attitude from the employees. No napkins in the lobby, discarded food across the floor, and a general feeling of no one careing about what they are doing.
Sat in line for 15 minutes to order. Then get my food and majority of my order is missing. Then when I tell the worker my order was wrong she laughed and said are you sure. Then she walked away talking stuff. And still had to wait another hour p minutes for them to make food. Worst service ever. Line wrapped around the building for orders and people also just leaving due to waiting while the staff to even take there orders.
Freddie's is your retro style burger joint that has a decent menu with a variety of burgers & a mix for those that don't do beef. Love the smaller guage fries (aka shoestring)! Ice cream is also really good. They're always out of iced tea, but I guess that's a trend for many places; nobody checks for that. Staff isn't the friendliest but again, why should they greet a customer or smile, I say sarcastically!
I was happily surprised by the great food but it was a bit expensive. The fries were hot and crispy and the burgers and chicken sandwiches were good but a little over cooked but everything was cooked to order so it wasn't bad at all. The frozen custard's we're really good and nice and thick which made them great and flavorful. I highly recommend this place.
This is a step above typical fast food. Burgers are made to order and they always confirm you want the condiments that come in each sandwich. The customer service was top notch as well.
One of the worst experiences in awhile. I paid 65 dollars to discover I was missing one burger. I took my order back inside and upon further inspection my whole order was wrong. After remaking it and reassuring me it was correct. I took it home and it was in fact wrong, again. Don't waste your money.
The burger and fries were pretty on point, the custard though was more like soft serve ice cream. Sweet tasty ice cream, I just wasn't getting the custard experience
Absolutely love the double bacon, it’s always delish and on point, very tasty; the fries are thin and tasty, don’t forget to try one of their to die for shakes either, makes the meal complete!!
I like them better than most fast food places. Their uniquely thin fries are really good too. I think their menu is good and it has enough to differentiate themselves from other burger joints.
