I have never had problems with my food or service. But, my daughter is there on her 2nd day of employment and made a sandwhich wrong and one of the supervisors was so mad at her that in his haste to correct the sandwhich he dropped half the meat on the floor then got mad enough to throw the entire sandwhich on the floor. I told her to walk out, that is a hostile environment and isn't worth the $16/hr! I tried calling the dtotr twice and was hung up on twice without so much as a hello. Now I am writing this review!

Firehouse subs is terrible. The bread was stale, the amount of meat and veggies for 14 dollars is an absolute joke. I will never waste my money on this absolute garbage ever again

USUALLY GOOD. TERRIBLE TONIGHT AT AROUND 4:30 P.M. ID ORDERED A BEEF, CHEDDAR ON WHEAT ( NEVER WHEAT AGAIN) SMALL. THEYRE WAS SO MUCH BBQ SAUCE ON IT OVER POWERED THE TASTE. BARELY ANY CHEDDAR CHEESE AT ALL. THE GIRL HAD HER MASK ON BUT HAD LOT'S OF HAIR HANGING OUT MAKING OVER SANDWICH. PICKLES NOT COLD ENOUGH WITH NO CRUNCH. PLEASE IMPROVE. THANKS.
Good food. Ordered Steak and Cheese and NY Steamer. Both were delicious. Friendly employees and quick service.
Girl was hard to understand, and they slathered gross amounts of mayo on a barbecue sandwich. Not going back. Mandatory mayo, you're kidding, right? I support the concept of firehouse, and recognize the difficulties in staffing. I pitched my 11.00 sandwich in the trash. Killed me to do it, but didn't want to waste another half hour of my life fixing the order again.
I got the beef and cheddar brisket sandwich and it was fantastic. I will definitely be returning.
My first time trying Firehouse Subs and it was a great experience! We did an online order and they got everything right and it was delicious.
Fresh and hot, nice staff, great workers especially Joe,such a nice young man.
This is the only Place i get subs from. They are second to none and also doing a Good service. Need to try the club.
