Great coffee here! And the two incrediblygorgeous young ladies who were so professional and had awesome attitudes! Couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommended!
Walked in, place looks clean, but the music was hideous and insufferably loud. I gave two stars because the drive up line indicates the coffee must taste good. However, no wonder there were zero customers inside the building. I left without placing an order.
Lines have always been looooong, but when I went tonight there was only 1 person ahead in the drive-thru! Except I waited 4 minutes to get my order taken because the person ahead was just chatting up the worker with the ordering tablet. Then AFTER he got his single drink, I had to wait literally 6 more minutes for him to have a conversation with the worker at the pickup window. They finally ended up sending someone to walk out the doors for my two drinks since he was blocking the line . . .right as he drove off.Ridiculously bad customer service. Not a single apology given. Definitely won't be back anytime soon.
Quick efficient drive thru. The coffee is good. Latte's not to sweet which is good. Don't plan on sitting inside to enjoy your coffee though as the inside is bare, sterile and uninviting. At least it is at the new SW location. Coffee is good and that's most important.
The staff here is great!!! The line was so long I didn't think I would ever get thru it, but the staff is so organized and efficient that it went super fast and our drinks were delicious! Don't forget to take a sticker for their slap pole?
The absolute best coffee! Starbucks? What's that? I haven't gone to another coffee shop in almost 3 months since I started getting Dutch! Hazelnut Truffle is my go-to. It's the best!!
Such a cool atmosphere coming in here great workers! Reece was especially awesome- such a positive attitude and on point. Hes worked for Dutch Bros for quite some time which tells me a lot about this company. Will definitely be back again soon
Great local. Employees are always incredibly friendly and the drinks are always consistently delicious.
I stood inside for over five minutes and not one person acknowledge that they would be right with me or even looked behind them to see that there’s someone standing inside. There were other people also waiting for their drinks inside and from the sounds of it they had been waiting for a while to get their drinks. I understand that it gets busy in the mornings but it’s not fair for people inside to be waiting for the drive-through people to get their stuff first.
It was okay The coffee I got wasn't awesome I don't know if this place really keeps up to the hype. But it wasn't terrible either. Prices are almost the exact same as Starbucks. I don't know give it a shot maybe you'll like it more than I did.
