I ordered a 25 count of assorted munchkins and the new stuffed bagel minis. They only gave me two different flavors for the munchkins, the worst ones in my opinion. They didn't tell me they only had two flavors left, it was a surprise to my family and me when I got home. They didn't even get eaten because of this. The stuffed mini bagels tasted freezer burnt. I'm so disappointed.

Not a great visit. Walked in to order, we were told to go through the drive thru. Very slow line, we sat for almost 30 minutes before ordering. Then we were told no glazed donuts available, but offered donut holes. Asked for a large glazed. When we got to the window there were patrons inside, so unsure why WE we're turned away. Got $15 worth of d-holes and two coffees, with equaled 10 d-holes in our large order. Not glazed as requested, but a variety. No apologies for extremely slow service.
Went there on a Sat. morning. The person taking our order questioned everything we ordered. He/she did not know the menu at all. Ordered a Boston creme a barvarian creme. The donuts were dry like they were yesterdays left overs. The Boston had Not One Drop of Creme ! The only saving grace was the girl that took our payment.
My coffee was perfect- exactly how I asked for it (Cold brew, light on the sweet cream/foam) HOWEVER...This is the saddest excuse for a breakfast sandwich I’ve ever seen. Bread, microwave bacon, plastic cheese and foam eggs. Never again.
Never received the food I ordered!!Very very slow service :(I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a coffee and paid $17.00. I ended up having to leave without the sandwiches I paid for because I waited 25 min and never got them; and, I’m pretty sure the workers had not even started making them. (The employees seemed to only care about the drive thru instead of people dining in or taking out). I had to leave because I had an important appointment to get to and didn’t think it would take such an immense amount of time. I don’t mind waiting my turn, it just seems like there is not a fair order system. Super upsetting to not get the food you paid for.
Wow, what an amazing and uplifting experience at this DD today! I am surprised by all the negative reviews (unless leadership / mgmt has since changed). Friendly, fast, efficient, clean, and excellent customer service. I went to redeem my free birthday drink, and I was greeted with such kindness and generosity! They wished me multiple happy birthdays from numerous staff members working today. Patrick even offered a surprise free birthday treat of my choice! The staff today was professional, kind, and showed me A++ customer service. Big smiles from all, well wishes of a happy birthday, and with the unexpected generosity, this absolutely made my day. Patrick is clearly doing an exceptional job, and he is an asset to DD at large! Give Patrick a raise and / or an award! I am disappointed I am visiting from out of state; otherwise, if I lived closer, this would definitely become my regular DD. Thank you, Patrick, and the rest of the staff working today at this DD! You brightened my day, and I am so grateful for the unexpected personalized generosity! Keep it up; the world needs more human beings like you! :-)
So I pull up and see a whole bunch of young men inside. For some reason this is amusing. They’re having a fun time and setting good culture. One makes a mistake but is able to laugh it off. He makes my large almond milk latte with honey (he had never done so before) and told me with the biggest smile I should let them know how it was. It was so genuine! I had to call back and tell them it was outstanding. Hard to believe he has never made it before!! So good! Anyway. Took a little bit of time to get the drink, but worth the wait and the smiles :)
This location really struggles and if I see more than 2 cars in line I do not stop. I go out of my way to go to the one in Lakewood their addictive avocado toast. Multiple times I have waited in line to find that they are our of bread or avocado.
The Munchkins are very delicious.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich and small coffee. The staff is surly and doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. I asked for my receipt because the electronic sign with the price didn’t show anything. The drive through person shut the window and walked away. There was no staff member visible behind the counter. I had also wanted a napkin. Too bad for me! The sandwich was nasty. The bacon didn’t appear to be fully cooked, was saturated in grease, and was just that lovely shade of gray that you look for (NOT). I dumped in all in the trash. If you are hungry, you might find better quality food in someone else’s trash and you will not have to deal with the poor service.
