Whoever is the GM, Dm, Rvp of this location clearly is not engaged with their business. You all have failed miserable at this location. The service was horrible and rude. However walking into your lobby blew me away. I have honestly never seen such a gross entrance. All the glass inside hasn't been cleaned in weeks as you can see the build up. The floors were sticky, spills everywhere, food all over. All trash cans were packed full. We had 4 people walk in behind us and all of them looked around in disbelief. Honestly this establishment wouldn't pass a health code check right now. Sad to see such poor leadership these days.
Waited a bit for breakfast sandwiches as they were tossed on the counter by the cook.Counter person was courteous and very nice.The options they had for donuts was very small, all the shelves looked empty, my reason for a sandwich...lolThis is not usual for this shop.
The best Dunkin this side of the Mississippi! In an understaffed world, these guys do their best every day, and deliver my coffee with a smile! I’m on a first-name basis with most of the staff, and the very few times that my order was messed up or unfulfilled, these guys always make it right on my next visit.
This is the worst coffee shop period. Dunkin is usually known for well made coffee and speedy service.This is hands down the slowest place to get coffee. DO NOT COME HERE. No matter if there is no one in line, you will wait at least 15 minutes.I live close and have tried this place a few times hoping it would get better. It hasn't. Still the worst. Cold breakfast sandwich, Luke warm coffee and you get to wait 30 minutes.Go to Starbucks and avoid this dunkin
Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Every time I'm there I'm amazed at how slow/bad the service is. Forgotten orders, 15 minutes for a coffee. Half drunk teenagers seem to run the place. Do not go here if you have anywhere to be, they will make you late every time.
Their food often has a chemical taste. My food has been served cold on the inside more often then not, My hot drinks have been served at room temp. Their coffee all has a odd taste to it. I live close and have given it plenty of chances but it's always something.
Very sweet and friendly staff. Drive-Thru is always a little long, but who's isn't these days. The egg bites are delicious and their sausage egg and chicken croissant ? is amazing for an on the go meal!
Donuts were good, obviously but I got the salted caramel foam cold brew and even after I asked for less syrup it was pure sugar. I don't mind a frap or latte at times but when you go in looking for coffee with a bit of cream and sugar and get pure syrup, it's disappointing.
The Munchkins are very delicious.
