I hope on changing this review in the future. This dominoes in particular has had pizzas not show up to my house 3 times. Last time I waited an hour finally got the pizza. It makes me not want to put a tip on the order when there is already a delivery fee. I am also right next to dominoes why do I have to pay a 5$ delivery fee? Does that seem unreasonable to anyone else? It just makes me wish there was a different pizza place here.

For being only 1 of 2 options for delivery in the area you would imagine that they have a better strategy for hiring and retaining employees. This location without fail will take forever to deliver pizza. The app will notify you the “quality” check is being performed meaning the pizza is done being cooked and out of the over, then 30-40 mins later it will say the driver is on their way. Good luck if you are hungry or want borderline quality food. This option is not for you. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE THE WORST!
I ordered the $5.99 special tonight at 5:40pm and it was very busy. The tracker said it was done, but I had to wait for a short time at the store. The taste and quality of the pizza made up for the short wait and my family enjoyed it completely. They apologized for my short wait which made me feel like they really hate having me wait for anytime. Great pizza and great people! Thanks!
3 months ago I ordered pizza and it was never delivered due to a road closure in area and driver could not figure out detour... I was told a credit would be applied to my account.I called to order pizza today and was told credit is no longer on my account but they would give me some $ off.Well, I was having people over so I ordered 3 large pizzas. Driver showed up with 2 pizzas...I called to request missing pizza be delivered and manager argued with me stating I only ordered 2 pizzas and he already went out of his way to help with $ off. Ummm... NO I should have had a credit on my account.They have horrible customer service and incompetent lazy employees.
The dude took cash, gave change, and then went back to touching pizza and toppings. Disgusting.
Gluten Free pizza is good. However, 2 small GF pizzas and a salad for $70. is ridiculous. I only order GF and get free pizza's as rewards but they don't let you use free pizzas on GF. Come on Dominos!
We had a soccer team get together and lost one of our pizzas due to some butter fingers. One call to the manager and the pizza was quickly replaced at no charge. Thank you for your understanding and promptness.
Said to deliver to the garage and instructions. Delivered to the house instead. 3rd time this has happened. Really?
Incompetent and embarrassing are probably the best two words to describe this place from sending the complete wrong food to the quality it’s all just sad, hopefully they’ll close and something better replaces this sorry excuse of a business.
Usually it's decent (it's Dominos, I'm not expecting gourmet), but recently it's been getting really hit and miss, and taking longer and longer to get here. This last order took 45 minutes to arrive (I'm less than 5 minutes from the store, and the order said 25 minutes when I ordered) and was cold by the time it got here. Not wasting my money here any more.
