Tonight the 3 guys working were slammed. There was a line to the door and multiple DoorDash orders. They worked at full speed the hour we were there. The assistant manager was very kind and had a hustle that is hard to find in fast food. We were very pleased with their service, despite the very busy conditions they were under.

I came on Sunday night 4/10 around 7ish. The line was pretty long, and by the time we got to the front it was probably at least 30 minutes. And the wait wasn’t a big deal at all, but my issue is that there was an older gentlemen in front of us in line, about 80 if I had to guess, who wanted to order something grilled and the kid working said they were only doing grilled items for takeout. So that poor old man waited for 30 plus minutes, just to leave without any food after he had waited so patiently. I felt so bad for him. If a business is going to be ran so poorly that half of the menu can’t be served when it gets busy, then at the VERY LEAST, put a sign up warning people of this!!!! Plus a younger couple about 3 orders ahead of his got hot food! I wrote this solely on behalf of this poor man.

I do not hesitate when I say, this is the DIRTIEST Dairy Queen I have ever been to in my life. I was second guessing myself when I put in the order and then had to cancel the order because the employees were so dirty along with the establishment. This place needs new management

Recommend you go to a different dairy Queen the service in here is completely completely horrible and I think the kids might be smoking crack

I have been a customer of this store for years. My last 2 attempts to get something from here have changed that. A couple of weeks ago I tried to go in and get a blizzard but the doors were locked, people inside but locked doors. One time is permissible.Tonight I tried to make an order but there were 3 employees staring intently at one screen for a few minutes. The cashier who had just taken another persons order stepped away from the register without so much as a ‘we’ll be right with you’. The person who made the order just before got one of his items and I still stood there with no acknowledgment. I think one of the associates finally decided to take my order just as I put my cc back in my wallet and exited the store.I don’t expect great service but I do expect service.

I honestly wish I could rate this store lower. The poor kids look so over worked and done, I felt bad for them. The food took forever to come out. We waited almost an hour for 2 blizzards. The teens kept talking about how the place was ran and I learned a lot about the people that run this business in such a short amount of time. I really hope the owner does better. The people in the grill were touching the food with their hands and when the kids were making the orders they were doing it carelessly. The kids were messing around and opened the metal thing under where the toppings are and it looked as though there was mold growing! The employees were super sweet but tired, do better!

Inadequately staffed! I have ordered from this Dairy Queen location twice in the last week or so, and both times it took over an hour, in addition to multiple drivers, for my order to be prepared. On the first occasion there was only one person running the entire store, which is ridiculous. I felt horrible for the Uber Eats driver and for the employee who was left alone to take care of everything in that store. Both times I called the store and got an answering machine. Management should have done something to get some extra help. The second time... well... I never got my order. It sat in the queue for hours. I watched driver after driver drop out of the queue and the status would return to "preparing". Get your act together, DQ!

Closed "the grill" at 8:30 pm on a Thursday. I would love to talk to the owner of this franchise. Does the phone at this location work? No answer at 8:45 pm on the Thursday.Oy I miss small Dairy Queen's, where the employee's at least has some pride in their job.

Mission: obtain a butterfinger ice cream cake. Only Oreo is available. Staff accommodated my mission by adding Butterfinger to the Oreo cake. Way to meet customer need!!!Also, while there, every single person was moving at lightspeed to fill orders quickly and accurately. Impressive!!

The Guys and Gals behind the counter just get slammed from All of us that appreciate a tasty frozen Love affair with your Blizzard treat!
