I have been visiting this particular location for over 10 years. Love this location, but my visit today was disappointing. I ordered a custom banna split. Which included the following "Toppings" - hot fudge on one side, caramel in the middle, hot fudge on the other side. Heath crumbles, a little marsh mellow drizzle, chopped nuts and then the whip cream. (Sounds delicious right?)When I was handed the bananna split. I saw three scoope of ice cream and very little whip cream. I was like where are all the "toppings" if you look at the bottom of the tray, I notice very little hot fudge and Caramel in the middle under the ice cream. Didn't see any nuts and If you dug enough a small amount of heath bar under on lump of ice cream. Now keep in mind they charge for each topping.When I approached the counter, I had asked for a manager. I wanted to simply point out that the toppings where missing from the top, hence the name toppings. I mentioned that in ten years, this is first time I was handed such a bad split. And maybe use it as a training issue. Topping should go on top and since you charge for each topping, make sure they are added.This review is not about how poorly they made a dessert. It is about the following rude and arrogant shift leader who should not be working with customers in a retail space. .While explaining this a guy named Chase walked up and asked what the problem was. The first shift lead said that there wasn't an issue. I stated actually there was. I was handed a order that was missing toppings and the few toppings that were put on were put at the bottom of the dessert. Just for training and for future process, maybe discuss putting the toppings on top of the dessert, considering they are called toppings.Chase was interupting, dismissive and had a smart alec smirk on his face. When I asked for the managers name now to report this rude enployee, he refused to provide the managers name or contact info. He said he is the guy.When a Long term customer comes up to point out something that is wrong, listen, understand, recognize, don't interrupt, argue and make excuses.A call from the owner would appreciated.

Rude employees! I came in with three kids who each clearly ordered something completely different and I paid. When my name was called up to get the order, I asked where the third item was and they rudely pointed to the employee screen on the wall with all the orders and said I could tell there were only two things ordered. Besides not having a customer screen to double check what I did order, there was no accountability by the cashier. I understand mistakes can happen, but the way they handled it was plain rude. It’s worth the drive to the Pierce location where their employees are kind and they care about the customer!

This location stinksssss! Something is wrong with the pipes! The water! Something! And inspection needs to be done!!! Again, y’all should take the stench seriously! It’s beyond gross! And to think Ice and whatever else is being made! This cannot be sanitary!

Very nice ice cream. It is always served cold. And if you get a blizzard they will flip it over for a second for you.

Good but sadly since prices went up can't afford to go here as much. Worth more to buy it from store and get your money's worth. Plus flavors will often be out or machines will be down. However in the good old days loved coming here. Only came recently cuss friends kindly offered to buy.?

Store SEEMED short-staffed, took a few minutes to get the order in, but there were workers ACTUALLY working in the back with one girl up front to take orders. 3 total that lunch.A1 steakhouse with added flamethrower sauce and a double classic.Had to wait about 8 minutes, so I'm glad I added an oreo Blizzard for my 3yr old girl.The wait, however, was sooooo WORTH IT!!Smashburger level, for real.Great job and the cook was friendly and on point!

Great food always made fresh!! They have raised their prices as a result of inflation!! But their ice cream is the best from a fast food place!! Their Blizzards are the best shakes from any food joint. I highly recommend this place!

I ordered a mocha moolate it tasted like maple I took it back up there and said it was awful tasting the manager who was like 12 yrs old said just because it didn't taste good that was my problem if I didn't like it I could order something else but I would have to pay for it. The worst experience at a dairy queen I've ever had. I will never go back there

Just horrible! I had more than 1 problem here. The 1st time I waited literally 35 minutes for 2 meals. I understand people are understaffed but that's so unacceptable regardless. And all that wait for my food to still be cold. I was so fed up I just ended up leaving with cold food. 2nd problem next time I went in they refused me service without a mask when mind you the mandate was lifted like a month or more before that. There was no reason to refuse someone when it was lifted way before anyway. They were beyond rude about the whole thing. If you're going to make people wear them when we don't have to then you should provide them then if you're that worried about it. Some of us have medical issues and it's illegal if I'm not mistaken for you to refuse service to people with disabilities. I called corporate about that issue and nothing happened. They said they would tell that store manager to contact me and I never heard a peep. The whole thing is unprofessional. I will never give them another dime of my money. I'd rather drive across town to another DQ than to step foot in this place again. The whole way they run things and treat people is wrong!
