I will be truthful..Ordered the double butter hamburger, it was cooked way past well done!! Briquet texture..My sister ordered the cod.No seasoning what so ever!!The condiment island need a clean up..Not overly impressed..
Great butter burgers, I did go threw drive thru this time big mistake!! Took longer to get burgers and when They finally brought out food to car I opened sack and they charged me and made me double burgers instead if singles so had to go inside however the manager did a great job of taking care of issue reimbursement was made and left gHappy so great job to the management and her customer service skills!! Will fir sure be back!!
Good food, helpful staff, great concretes.Nice to be able to customize burger toppings and get more selection than at the regular burger places. Plus the shrimp is very tasty.
I love Culver's, it's probably one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but this location is the only one I've ever had issues with. The food is fresh and tastes good, but they consistently struggle to get the toppings on my burger correct. It's right maybe 1 in 4 or 5 visits. I've tried correcting them while ordering, having them read off my order and double checking the receipt, but even if that ends up correct (which it doesn't always after checking it), the burger still comes with incorrect toppings. I want to continue going to Culver's, but I'm very frustrated with this location.
They cook your food to order. Upside is it's hot. Downside you have to pull over and wait.They have a delicious fish sandwich. They also don't know how to make crispy French fries.
Love everything about this place!For the love of all that is good in this world please explain to me why you pack to go shakes without lids in low and loose drink holders?! I drove the 5 blocks home super slow and somehow managed to empty two shakes directly into my passenger seat. Guess I'll spend tomorrow taking my car apart and cleaning it. ?
I really don't enjoy being disappointed when expectations are high.Great commercial. That started the search. Close by. Ok, this is looking good.Great menu board, everything looks great... no prices though....hmmmm.Get the bag, dig in....And everything's so, so small. $38 check for 3 people. 2PC dinner, 1 hamburger, no meal, and a cod sandwich, no meal.Ok, fine.... maybe it's flavor is so amazing.Nope.No flavor.My albacore tuna tastes more like the sea.Sorry. I work hard for my money. I want either QUALITY or QUANTITY.I got neither.
We dined in. The line moved quickly and we ordered me a fish sandwich and my husband had the pork tenderloin basket. The meal was fresh, tasty and quickly served at our table. I want to come back and try their ice cream.
Prices are great, the burgers are good not the best in the world but the customer service is awsome. Very pleasant place to sit down and eat with the family. Fast service. The ice cream is to die for. So good
Poor service. Asked to put my custard cones in a cup, and person at the window says I’ll just have to hold them while driving. What kind of a service is this? Then they give me this half covered cup. Train your workers better
