Closes at 8pm now every night, what a joke. We pulled up at 8:30 and 5 car loads up people had just pulled up, just to walk up and read their tiny sign that the store hours are changed now. Quit using the pandemic as an excuse to cut costs and ruin customers dining experiences. Pathetic.

I visited this location last week. I ordered 11 Menu items here for me and my friends. The servers were very friendly and patient too. The customer service is exceptionally well.

First time in this Chipotle. Staff friendly and helpful with menu. Food abundant and good. Wish they had some spicier salsa, I don't care for the bottled hot sauce. But overall good quick food.
They would get one star but food brings it up one more star. The service at this location has been declining for a couple years now. I have seen employees struggling at their job duties first hand and partially because of the geo location the mobile orders are completely overwhelming them. To be honest, I am not blaming the workers at all. This location needs a leadership look-over at some level.
I went here for my kids for their dinner and they loved it. They were nice to my kids which is important plus they always take care of us at this location were not just a number. I do choose this one over the others every time.
This location has to figure it out. Always behind, chicken is fatty, just has gone down hill. Start paying employees more and catch up/staff some people. Kinda ridiculous. Don’t even try to order ahead, it’ll be 45 minutes past your pickup time. I tend to be pretty forgiving but this is like the 5th bad experience at this location.
Two times in a row now they have messed up my kids togo order. This time they messed up my kids order and my order. So frustrating when you're in a hurry to have to check your bag and ask them to correct the order. Not a fan of getting tomato tops in my meal either. I've never gotten a correct kids order from a chipotle this far. This chipotle is at least usually clean and tastes good.
This location has to find a way to balance their online orders vs their in-store customers better. I'm writing this at noon on a Friday while standing in line for over 10 minutes watching all the rapid orders load up on the pickup rack.
I’ve never watched 5 people struggle to make burritos for people so slow at any restaurant in my life. Watching the staff attempt to put meals together was almost as painful as being in line for 30 minutes with only 10 people in front of me.
