I'm not sure what exactly is happening with this location. About 2 weeks ago I ate there and it was PHENOMENAL. Today, the rice is hard, everything else in the chicken burrito was cold. There's just not a lot of consistency and when it's not good, it's really not good. Too bad because I love Chipotle and this is the closest one to me, but I just don't want to keep spending money there when I never know what I'll get.

The stingiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They originally gave me half a scoop of steak, and when I asked for more they charged me it as doubled. (When after the second scoop it was the normal amount of steak you’d usually get.) Not only that, the server decided to put the corn salsa in my bowl when I didn’t ask for it. She didn’t seem to care, not a “sorry” or offer to remake it. When I said I didn’t ask for that all she said was “oh.” Had to ask for the second soda cup that we bought too- which isn’t a big deal but after everything else it was annoying. Don’t come here if you want the wrong stuff in your burrito bowl and stingy half scoops.
Ordered Chipotle online for delivery. I got kids chicken tacos and only ordered the hard shell tacos, chicken and cheese. When it arrived and I opened it, they literally just gave me 2 shells with nothing else on it. I have never had a good experience with this Chipotle on University. They’re awful at service and they slap all the foods together like they don’t care. So disappointed as I have given this place MANY chances. And to top it off, I don’t think anyone ever reads the reviews on here. So sad!
Great food. Got a bowl with chicken and it was great! Make sure to get dressing on the side!
So let me get this straight! I want a little more cheese, sour cream, and just a little guacamole on my burrito, and I'm making your day so hard, I have to get attitude? If I'm paying 13 plus for my order, heck if I paid 5. I shouldn't have to feel like an inconvenience! Chipotle is my go to, but this location needs an attitude check training!!
Worst chipotle ever. The burrito is half the size of any other chipotle burrito I’ve ever seen, the person at the front had no idea what they were doing (I had to come in), and on a separate occasion tried calling and wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone for 30 minutes despite the restaurant being nearly completely dead/slow when I finally had to come in. Go to a different chipotle, or better yet, Qdoba.
What you would expect. Quick and taste great.....not as good as the original off of Evans but that is expected when you sell out to McDonald's.
Service is great and the quality of the food is fine ... However, I was shocked to find (later) on my receipt that I had paid $2.40 for a modest amount of guacamole to be added to my chicken burrito ... Come on, guys, I can get two scoops of guacamole on a burrito *for free* at your competitor Q-Doba!
Disappointed by the service of Chipotle. One time I went here, the dude in front me yelled at one the staff.
Been coming to Chipotle for 15 years. What is so hard about rolling a burrito? Should be embarrassed to serve that to people.
