Always fire. They loaded my burrito up so much I spilled everywhere in the car and on my jeans. 6 out of 5 honestly.
I order chipotle a lot when I'm working from home and can't leave so I use the app to have it delivered. On countless numbers of times they mess up my order. And its not small things like a wrong topping, its a completely wrong order. I order one things and will receive a bowl with wrong protein and random toppings I didn't order. I tried to call someone to get it fixed and they won't let me talk to a real person, and when I used the chat they sent me one free entre coupon but require a $10 minimum for delivery so now I have to go pick it up or my money goes down the drain. The food quality is great so that is the only reason I gave them 3 stars. Don't recommend using their delivery service.
Not the first issue with this location. Again, ordered incomplete, quesadilla had only half the cheese, and no guac. Driver said not my problem. Call help line 15-20 minutes ago, still waiting for call back.DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY from this location. Will no longer visit this store.
Love the staff they’re always friendly, but tell me why I get charged the exact same amount as any other chipotle for half the burrito?! They put such tiny amount of everything it might as well have been a quesadilla. Total ripoff for a $10+ burrito.
I first encountered Chipotle on Evans in Denver's DU neighborhood, back in 1994, the first outlet. The healthiest burritos in the world are still just that, and the taqueria serving format is fast casual defined. This outlet, across from King Soopers in Littleton, had great service and great customers.
I used to work at this location and management horrible. I was encouraged to fill out fake 5 star ratings and I can only imagineI was not the only employee that was asked to do so. They also don't properly enforce covid precautions including allowing employees and management to work in the office without masks and to prep food in the morning without masks and by not properly closing when several employees that had just been working tested positive for covid. They will also cheap out on food. I was trained to sell the stale chips from the day before to get rid of them before selling fresh ones and they give half portions for the pick up and delivery meals. I would not suggest this location either to work or eat at. The management is rude and dishonest and the food is not fresh or prepared safely.
Been here a few times for lunch and the food is ok, just like any other Chipotle places I went to. I've noticed that price has gone up a bit. This place is clean.
Crazy busy. We ordered pick up, the food was amazing, loaded us up! Only downfall was having our order placed on a table while ppl were sitting at the same table wasn't cool. When I asked about the pick up location the guy seemed mad that I didn't know the group of high school kids kids guarding my food ? don't worry now I know!
I like qudoba better. The rice is always a little hard and the tortilla seems weird. But the manager of this store is awesome!!
Courtious, efficient service. Very clean w/a pleasant dining environment. DELICIOUS burrito!!! ?
