I love Chili's, in general, but this location is a disaster. The bartenders are generally really nice, but it's absurd that the company/management is running a place this way. They have zero help. The bartender, on Cinco De Mayo, was running the bar and the entire lounge--while also making all the drinks for the restaurant side. Despite this, she was as nice and cool as can be. We felt bad for her.This isn't a new thing. We've come to this location for about 6 months, and for 6 months they've been a mess. Everywhere has a labor issue, that's no secret, but there's a lack of effort or something here to try and get help. More importantly, the help that the restaurant has--especially the "host" and "hostess" usually spend more time staring at the walls or playing on their phones while the few other people run around trying to do their best to take care of the customers that come in and attempt to eat here.All in all, it's hard to believe a place continues to run like this and it's a shame that they (corporate or management/someone who should be figuring out how to clean up this mess) don't do better for their customers.
Service and main dishes were really good. However we ordered southwest egg rolls for an app and the were cold.
02/12/2022 So we put in a Togo mobile pick up and we’re there at the expected arrival time and no one came out to give us our food. My husband went inside to find the Togo desk for our order. A woman shouted out a name Katalina. Several times. And left my food on the counter (my name is Kristen) not that hard to read a correct name. So by the time my husband got out of chilis with our food it was over an hour late and cold. No apology from the girl. Terrible experience. Super disorganized staff. Extremely poor training and I’m server myself (I know bad customer service). Don’t visit this location.
Waiting 15 min to be seated. NO ONE even acknowledged us. My father 83 had to hold onto the hostess station.... no one cared. When I asked if they were seating I was told that they had a wait time. Not another soul was waiting the whole time. As we left a waitress waved bye to us. One of the people who saw us several times and wouldn't even say just a minute or be right with you.

Uncooked food. Puke in the bathroom. Manager wouldn’t come talk to us and instead opted for one of the servers to come talk to us instead. Server was very kind and took the food off our bill. Gave us gift certificates for a couple of free kids meals, but we left those behind. Thanks but no thanks. ? ?
Great server, made an amazing green tea shot, good margaritas, good food. I did not get the baby back ribs
We went around noon on a Sunday and there was no waiting. They seated us right away. All the staff were friendly. Our server was attentive to drinks running low. We had burgers that were very good.
Typical Chili's. Been there many times before, will be there again. Hours are service are a bit shorter now, due to staffing and supply issues. Still a good place to eat.
Love it.... white quest is excellent.... of time burger with cheese as well
