I love Chick-fil-A and usually eat there 4-5 times a month at a minimum. The location at Wadsworth & Bowels was a mess this day; dropped food on floor, doors are filthy and the AC must be broken!

As always, food and service was great. The cleanliness was way off though! Not typical, but the booths, floor, windows, Mens bathroom were very neglected. A lot of "very self import" people walking around, not offering anyone help, but certainly being intrusive while we tried to eat. Worst experience here this time.

Just like many others have stated avoid this place, food isn't really cooked well, they're stingy on salsa for some reason and their weird manager is one of those fake Christians. There's another one slightly off on my way home that is like most chick-fil-a's, great food and service.(Edit)I've gone to the bathroom three times since getting this horrible breakfast.

Chick-fil-A is way over rated but food is always good, just no better then any other chicken joint and has less choices then most places as well ....they sure know how to run a drive-thu though.....

They have good service but they're always busy so a lot of the time they'll tell you to go park while they prepare your food that way you're not sitting on the timer and affecting their service time. That way they could tell everybody that their service time is like 2 minutes when it actually is more like seven or eight

Ok the food was great, no complaints there... I'm Asian, def got ignored for a hot sec before getting help from an employee, a good three of them made eye contact with me with my clearly needs help eyes and just kinda... Ignored me. The one Asian guy who works there after like a minute or so sees me and helps me out. Benefit of the doubt, they were prolly busy or doing smthn important, drive thru, other costumers, not their job moment... But I definitely looked at my friend, also Asian and was like... Did we just experience a racism. All good tho, did not ruin the experience, food was still great, I'm sure they were just doing their jobs.

My son wanted chick fil a for dinner tonight and when he asks most of the time it happens especially for chick fil a! We got to the drive through and while the wait was long(when isn’t it) we got to the window and my 6 year old saved his allowance to buy himself and his 2 year old sister a treat! Although of course I said I would pay for it…The staff member at the window was super patient and helpful when he decided he was going to pay himself! After being out of state for months with only two chick fil a locations in the whole state we are happy to be back enjoying the nuggets and lemonade!!

This evening was a cool, crisp late winter evening with the snow beginning to spit down. I decided to go through the drive thru at Chic fil a with my kids as I sometimes lazily do. The line was moderate but the employees were spot on point with jackets on and hoods pulled down. We pulled forward in the line to place our order and were greeted by the line attendant. My kids, in the back seat, rolled down the rear window and ordered what they wanted and then the employee asked for a name for the order. (Now my oldest daughter, seated in the front seat, always tells me to give a funny name for the order and she always says “Lamacorn”). So I turned to the attendant and said “Lamacorn”.She looked at her computer for a second, then looked me straight in the eye and said, “oh, hey Zack!”My kids and I were blown away! My kids questioned me all the way home about who she was and how she knew my name. All I could say was that she took our order before and she must have an incredible memory!! What amazing service we received from your employee!The owner/operator of the store is John Baker. Mr Baker, the date was 03/16/22, the order number was 6492178, transaction number 2178, the time was 5:28pm.Meghan, you are one incredible employee and a super great person! You keep customers coming back! Keep up the amazing work you do because you are going far!!!

Last few visits have been really good always come back to this location. Only ever had minor issues and when I call in they always apologize. As a long time customer I just hope to get what I pay for. The team here have always gone above and beyond to make things right. Best chicken and Mac and cheese ? ?Thanks John Barker and management team!

This location has always been good. Good service, good food, nice employees. Someone in the dining room asking how your food is. Was there last night. Decided to dine in. So different. Tables were dirty. Trash bins overflowing, trash sticking out the top. No flowers (a small thing, but nice). Food was good. As we were leaving, an employee and a couple of friends were getting in a jeep. The driver of the jeep tossed his cup into the snowy grass. Employee didn't say a thing. They all got in and left. Surprised the employee didn't care... just my humble opinion...
