Super friendly and great service! I will gladly spend money here because of their staff. The young lady at the second window who had down syndrome just melted our family's heart with her smile. I am glad they are giving people with disabilities a chance! Great job Chic FIL A!
if I could give this location 0 stars I would. I don’t know why I keep trying to give them another chance for over a year now.I’ve waited 20+ minutes for dine in orders, not gotten everything i’ve ordered, not received a fork for breakfast bowl, paid for extra cheese and not received it many times. I get 30 minute breaks for lunch and all 30 minutes end up getting wasted here and then I either don’t get to eat or I eat as fast as I can to be at work on time.
Chick-fil-A has some of the best fast food of any restaurant. The chicken is extremely delicious and flavorful. Chick-fil-A is a bit more expensive than other fast food restaurants, but definitely worth the higher price.
I find it surprising that I’m the first person to make a comment regarding your employee, Bass. I’ve never been to your location before and probably won’t go back. I do, however, frequent Chick-fil-a and am always impressed with the efficiency and customer service. Bass must have fallen through the cracks. I first pulled up and had to wait and listen to his weird game show act which in itself is annoying but even more so when you’re in a hurry. It slows up the line and you can’t even understand what he’s saying. I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe with a white bun instead of the multi-grain bun. I was given a multi grain bun even though the sticker on the box said to replace with a brioche bun. No big deal - mistakes happen. I drove back around to get the correct sandwich. I pull up and sure enough have to listen to Bass’ weird spiel again. I cut him off telling him I don’t really have time to listen to his weird and long intro. I explain the bun situation and ask if I can have the correct sandwich. He tells me that you don’t have brioche buns - I tell him that I’m reading from the label so I’m trying to be helpful. I said I ordered a white bun so if he could remake my sandwich that would be great. He starts to protest and argue so I just drove around because he obviously wasn’t interested in helping. In the end it all worked out but felt the need to let you know of Bass’ unprofessional and incompetent behavior.
I really like Chick-fil-A however, the increase in prices as well as the increase in wait time make this experience way less enjoyable. I always went to Chick-fil-A for the service regardless of price. There's going to be less of my money spent at this location because waiting 25 minutes for 1 fast food meal is not worth $12. (Not to mention it must've sat for a while being luke-warm)Waiting 3 minutes for 1 meal at $12 is more acceptable.Hopefully when I return the experience is closer to when this location opened.
We are long-time Chick-fil-a customers and have almost never had any issues with the food. Until 4 days ago when my husband got chicken at this location. It was clearly undercooked or old because he was up all night throwing up shortly after consuming this chicken.
We came all the way from Denver to this little shopping place. We decided to stop by this Chick-fil-A we got our food everything seemed fine until we actually saw the food. The fries were old and only small pieces not many big ones as if we got the left overs. I ordered a number 5 and the top bun was soggy and wet like if it was sitting there for a while. I don’t think I would ever come back.
The taste of the food was fine but the customer service was the worse part. This Chick Fil A needs to place courteous people at the window, overall it was a mess. Not only do they not hear well but they're stingy with sauces and give you the wrong ones? The female placed at the window that day was rude, no manners, no customer service, how do they get hired? No apology for making a wrong order yet she blamed it on us but I let her know she was in the wrong. When someone says I want a deluxe sandwich, they ask if it's a meal, we say no just the sandwich and fries. She put down a sandwich no lettuce no tomatoes, like what? We literally just said a Deluxe sandwich since that's the term they use rather than burger of course. It doesn't make sense how she then blamed it on us, ridiculous. She needs to get a hearing aid or get trained again indeed. Horrible place, won't be going back again. Like I said, no apology for the inconvenience she caused us and not the other way around, no thank you nothing. Shame on you and the restaurant for hiring rude people. ?
The food was great the lady that took my order at the drive-through had me cracking up because she just sounded like she was a little too happy. I love their chicken nuggets in their frozen lemonade.
Excellent service, surprisingly good coffee, but a bit slow when ordering in the restaurant.
