I’ve loved this wine bar since they opened. It’s a fun place to work, have a glass of wine with friends or alone.Unfortunately yesterday’s service was horrible. I waited for about 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order, so I walked up to the bar and asked for a glass. More time goes by no one came to check on me, I had to flag somebody down to order some food. I didn’t feel cared about as a person or a paying customer.I ordered the happy hour charcuterie board and a bottle of wine, with the understanding it was a take-home bottle, however it came out in a carafe… I can’t drink all that.ha. But thankfully one of the servers poured it into a bottle for me to take home. It would be helpful if the happy hour menu was more clear on what the bottle is.

Yikes service. Didn’t see our waiter for more than 45 min. Would’ve done another round and ordered bottles to take home if we could help from anyone. After we finally got enough attention to get a check, went to the bar to close out and the girl walked away. Wild experience.
We love going to Carboys! It’s got a great atmosphere, good wine, and wonderful service. Our last visit we took a growler of wine home!
I LOVE Beet salads but this should be called The Arugula Salad with a few beets and a sprinkle of cheese…. 3 stars for the awesome bartenders and cocktails
Absolutely love Carboy. Gorgeous wines, amazing foods, fantastic atmosphere. Each location offers something a little different and unique...don't ask me to choose between them! They are all wonderful and the staff at each location are truly exceptional.
We have been going to Carboy/Angelo's since it opened. We have always have excellent service, great recommendations & overall, just a really awesome experience. The staff is always great & Peter is absolutely awesome! Can't recommend this place enough.
Highly recommend and Mallary and Mercedes are delightful. Had 4 types of baked oysters, lamb and lots of cab.
