This place is awesome!!! I definitely recommend. The coffee is great and the tea is just as good! They always have a new variety of choices. The employees are always friendly too.
Coffee and drinks are great. The customer service is outstanding. The music is a little to loud for me. For some reason their internet keeps disconnecting every now and then. I go to many coffee shops for work so I don't think it's my system. Anyways, they do a great job.
Giving three stars because the staff is really friendly...aside from that, the drip coffee is honestly pretty bad. I drink black coffee, and I'm sure their specialty drinks are great, but I was surprised at how bad their drip coffee is. If you drink black coffee like me, you're better off making it at home.EDIT: Their black americano is awesome - highly recommend as an alternative to drip coffee.
I am so glad Black Rock Coffee opened up close to my house. I rarely miss a day for Happy Hour with medium drinks at $2 from 2-6:00. So you can try new things without wasting hard earned money.What I don't like is not knowing what is in each drink and not having a label or a name on the cups. My drinks are always getting messed up or is not made to taste the same every time. Not to mention the cold drink cups are extremely flimsy and I've broken them a few times.

Most of the time they get my order right. I order from here nearly everyday. Today I paid $9 for a chia latte HOT and it came iced with none of the extras. I tried contacting the store but they have no phone number. I’m super bummed and won’t be coming back for awhile.
Meeuhh... Not bad but nothing crazy awesome by any means. I needed a nap 2 hrs later from the sugar high crash. Starcrack has less sugar I believe. It was good tasting but I get stronger coffee out of my keirug... The chocolate Creston was pretty yummy. They did heat it up so it was hot. They don't add allot of chocolate. It's a minimal. Lots and lots of ppl on laptops and working in the mornings.
My partner’s iced White Out (white choc & hazelnut) was really yummy; a bit on the sweet side. I ordered an iced Mexican Mocha and unfortunately, didn’t taste much coffee. My best advice for Black Rock overall is to order your iced drinks 1/2 flavored with an extra shot if you want a strong coffee flavor :) This location was fast and the employee at the window was nice. One star off for making my partner’s drink a small when we ordered a large. We believe we were charged for a large but didn’t feel like holding up the line to get it remade.
This is such a great coffee shop much better than Starbucks. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and and even with my difficult order they were focused and followed through to the end ultimately delivering us excellent product. So so good! My new favorite local place. Stop in and share the love with these hard working people in this beautiful new location. And don't forget to tip your server ?
This place is a dance club disguised as a coffee shop. It would be way better if they served alcohol. Friendly staff and decent drinks but I'll go somewhere else to sit down.
