This is my new favorite coffee spot in the area. The prices are reasonable and their staff is incredible. They're always quick, they're always friendly and they always start my day off with a smile.
The coffee is excellent. I go back very rarely though because they directly solicit you for a minimum of a $1 tip the option's were $1 $2 or $3 its hard to say no when they solicit like that. I've already paid $8 for a high end coffee thats a treat. Are they not being paid properly that they need tipped like waiters and waitresses ?♂️
I love their coffee beans here. I'm lactose intolerant so I always ask for my lattes with oat milk but I lost count how many times they have messed up my order. The amount of times I have gotten sick and have also broken out because of a drink here is not worth me ordering from here anymore.I now buy their coffee bags and just make my coffee at home.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for other options for good coffee.Happy hour is absolutely amazing it's from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. everyday!Check them out on Instagram their daily specials and promotions are also posted there.#BlackRockcoffeeColorado
This place is very close to my work. I’ve seen it for months as I pass by. I decided that I would finally treat myself to coffee and try this place. The review isn’t necessarily a reflection of the coffee itself. The coffee was pretty typical for this type of shop. Satisfying, but not memorable. My issue is that I ordered ahead, approximately 30 minutes prior to my arrival. When I arrived my order was not only not ready, but also seemingly unnoticed by the staff. I say this because, it was only after stating my name that my drink started to be made. This was extremely irritating. I am not upset that everyone is understaffed, that is completely understandable. I am upset that you’re over extending your company. If you cannot take mobile orders, from whichever app it is made, please do your customers AND employees the kind service of disabling this feature. It is not only overloading your likely overworked employees, but it is leading to extremely dissatisfied patrons.
I can’t live without my black rock coffee! The service and quality of drinks is always the best! I look forward to visiting with all the staff as they are extremely nice and I especially look forward to Sunday mornings chatting with Caroline and having her make me a BOMB drink!!!!!
Our first time trying Black Rock. My 12 Year old daughter ordered an Oreo Chiller. Menu did not say where or not coffee was in it. She took a sip and immediately did not like it. I tried it too and it definitely tasted like bitter Mocha instead of Oreo. We asked the barista if it was a mistake. Barista said "no, it's because there's coffee in it and that's what made it taste different than Oreo flavored." Which is confusing. If its supposed to taste like Oreo, why say it's suppose to NOT taste like Oreo? Barista offered to make my daughter something else without coffee but charged us for the new drink. The new drink actually tasted like Oreo but looked similar to the Mocha one. I'm sure it was a mistake but they didn't want to admit it. So I paid for three drinks. One for me, my daughter and one for the trash can.
I think Black Rock and Dutch Brothers are secretly working together… they both have excellent coffee, great service, and fun pulchritudinous staff! You can’t go wrong and I suggest you visit both places, one in the morning and one before you crash… I call it the rev up loop of divine beans, fine grinds, and gorgeous ladies
This place is amazing. Great staff and a good espresso to match. Do recommend to anyone who needs recharge and a nice place to work.
Great coffee with friendly staff but lately everytime I go here the drip coffee machine is broken or the oven is broken or its something else. Whenever these things get fixed I'll be back.
