The owner is not taking responsibility for their actions. We ordered an ice cream cake for my sons birthday. I called the day before to confirm because it was a tight timeframe to get the cake back to Urban Air right on time. They opened 4 hours late and said they always open at that later time on Saturdays. The sign on the door said 11am, the internet said 11am, and the person that answered the phone when I called said 11am was fine. Visit the Baskin Robbins in Evergreen instead-different owners. They are lovely and take pride in their business.

I was in there the other day and was completely discussed by the handling of the ice cream . Two skater teen boys , were working the counter , no gloves , one of them was licking his fingers and ice cream touched his face ?? it’s even offer to remake it. Just a terrible experience there and the manager needs to check on the staff they hire. The female staff that work there are awesome and we have no complaints. But because of the experience we had the other day, we will not be returning…..customers beware!!!
We love coming here! Always friendly and fast! I love the summer ice cream flavors too! Oreo S'mores and Beach with little caramel chocolate turtles.... yummy!
I enjoyed 1 of my favorite flavors. It's a great place to try different flavors. The staff was nice and the store was clean.
I don't know how anyone can afford to buy ice cream here, a tiny cup, one scoop $5, no wonder DQ on Pierce is always super busy! Won't be going back here.
I’m very interested to know if this location’s owner knows who they have working at their store. We ordered two double scoop ice creams and one of them arrived wrong. Seems like a pretty simple order but we understand people make mistakes, so we called to see if we could come to the store and exchange it for the correct order. The staff cut my husband off several times as he was trying to explain that the order was incorrect and never did let him finish his sentence. They were laughing in the background and being entirely unprofessional. I know it’s just ice cream and it’s not that serious, but the owner is really wasting their money paying the rude little kids they have behind the counter.
My husband and I didn't actually eat here. When we arrived the young man behind the counter rolled his eyes. I ordered a banana split and he quickly replied in an ugly tone they were out of bananas. His demeanor made it obvious that he didn't want to be there and that he didn't want to wait on us. We left to go somewhere else.
Stopped by for a quick treat. Loved it. Very friendly employee too. Good time all around. Will be back.
Disrespectful staff this place is trash, ill never get ice-cream from this business again.
Good icecream. $12 for 2 scoops seems expensive. No customer restroom. They wouldn't apply a kids birthday scoop coupon to a larger scoop.
