Honestly this place is amazing when they get the right order. The last few times it’s been wrong in the restaurant,pick up or delivery service. My salad had five missing items on it. I probably just got the wrong salad. Sad day. I will say the staff is always amazing though

Been to this place so many times and it has been good each time. We try out different burgers and build our own too. Their salads and fries are good too. I love their bad daddy sauce. It’s amazingly delicious. Kids tried the onion rings for the first time at this restaurant and they actually loved it lol. Sometimes when we go in Fridays there is a bit of a wait but other times there isn’t. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Service was great. Food was not. This used to be one of my go-to's for an after school bite with my kids. I completely understand the inability to properly staff during these times, but it should not mean a compromise in quality. I am willing to pay more and be patient and understanding when skeleton crews are running about, but in the end, I want a good meal made right.
The atmosphere was good, and only a 15 minute wait for a table. Service was prompt and friendly, drinks were served quickly, and our order taken within 5 minutes of being seated. The burgers were really good, but not great. A little on the greasy side, but not annoyingly so. The menu has changed post-Covid, but that's everywhere you go these days. The pastrami in my burger was rather bland, it should have been a stronger component of the flavors. The truffle & parmesan fries were unimpressive, as all of the seasoning had settled to the bottom of the bowl they were served in. The parmesan flavor was there when I mixed it up, but I found very little truffle. The Mrs enjoyed her cheeseburger, except for the greasiness, and she said her sweet potato fries were perfect.The impression was overall good, but there's some room for improvement.
Went with my family and had a great time. Friendly service, food was prepared perfectly and the fried pickles are were on point!
Not as good as hyped up. Bun so dry and old it fell apart, service was ?. Manager was very interested in young girls working. Not so much in keeping clientele . Better off at Longhorns. More expensive than a 5 star? for what
First let say that our server was excellent. She had dark hair and glasses. My family was in for lunch after visiting Santa. My kids were super hyped and starving and our server handled them like a pro!!! I had the patty melt with tots and my husband had the smoke house with sweet potatoe fries. Everything was tasty and cooked perfectly to our order. The kids had the Mac and cheese with strawberry lemonade to drink. When we're brave enough to take our 2 and 4 year old out we are going to Bad Daddy's.
