You know, it’s an Arby’s… it’s difficult for a fast food restaurant to really stick out in any way, the food is exactly as would be expected when going to an Arby’s. However, there is one place where any business can stand out and that’s in its people. Grant is incredibly friendly and while you interact with him for only a couple minutes while ordering he will make you feel more welcome and appreciated than any other fast food restaurant, I guarantee it! This also extends to his staff, everyone seems to not hate working there which is a rare sight in a fast food restaurant! Come for the curly fries, come back again and again to say hey to Grant and his awesome staff!
Showed up at 10 and place was closed with no note.Edit : The time was confirmed by phone three days ago. One of your staff members was just standing by the bathroom looking outside. Update your hours on Google, if you don't want to be open until 11 pm.
Quite the story here. I put in my order at the drive through and realized I forgot my wallet at home. I asked to cancel my order but (I assume) the manager told me that he got me today and paid for my meal. So nice!
I ordered a roast beef sandwich and y’all gave me a crispy chicken. Also your Dr Pepper tastes like mold
Every time I visit this store, I'm quite impressed by the cleanliness, the friendly customer service. The manager is clearly dedicated to providing a great experience for his customers.
Chicken tenders are horrible. Clearly frozen and reheated. Not even close to Raising Canes. And fries were stale
This place just killed my Arby’s expirence I show up at 5:45 on a Sunday and I asked for a simple order and they told me they don’t carry peppercorn ranch anymore even though it was on my Buffalo chicken slider and then I asked for the jalapeño bites and they were falling apart cold and old and then I asked for the ghost pepper brisket sandwhich and it was extremely cold don’t know if it’s supposed to be cold or hot but I thought it would be a hot sandwhich . Will never show up again
Strangely I do not go to Arby's for roast beef. Their chicken strips are the best anywhere near me, and their fish sandwich is one of the best I've eaten.
