If i could leave negative stars i would. Absolutely cannot believe this place is in business. No one uses gloves to prepare the food, we literally watched a gal stick her fingers into mashed potatoes to get the lid on. We couldnt even eat our food it looked so gross, after one bite we left. It looked like the inside had been abandoned, garbage all over the floor. The health department should shut this place down immediately.

I'm not impressed with the customer service. Waited for about 3 to 5 mins in the drive through, had to physically call the store to get help, then took about two more minutes where someone to actually get to the drive-thru to get my order then the girl it through the drive-thru was snotty and gave me a shaking up root beer float not impressed with this location at all
floor was sticky, ladies bathroom door does not lock and it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in awhile, and tables weren’t wiped down. Additionally, they mixed up three of our orders
Saturday night, I was driving around and I got hungry so I decided to stop by A&W. A&W is one of, if not my favorite food places to go to and there isn’t a lot of them in my area where I live, so I was excited to say the least. I pulled up to the box at 9:43, a little bit before they closed. The lady that took my order seemed a bit annoyed and I could understand that as nowadays a lot of places are short staffed. I asked for the A8 meal, and I was told it was gonna be a 10 minute wait as they were, or did filter the fryer. I didn’t think it would be too bad, but then she didn’t mention a drink so I asked her for the meal. A 10 minute wait turned into a 15, 20 minute wait and at that point I just left and went somewhere else to eat. It was a bit disappointing as A&W sounded really good that night and I didn’t wanna have to drive somewhere else when I was already there.
Walked in. Didnt get a hello. Just "here for a pickup" i said no. Was told only drive thru was open and pick up." Manager has no customer service skills. Offered no explination. Made me feel as though I was tresspassing. Not a good feeling.
Food poor quality, employees handle food without wearing gloves, direct food contact with hands, no gloves
This is the absolute worst kfc I have ever been to let alone A&W. They were out of hamburgers, out of Mac and cheese, out of drumsticks and then forgot the side in my fill up meal. The people that work here hate their jobs and it is very obvious.
Apparently this location is drive-thru only. More elitist practices from fast-food companies. Also it seems as if something foul did die in the toilet, that’s speaking truth to power.
Zero.This place is Bonkers, 50min in Drive thru wanting and wanting. Food doesn't come, are we for real. I call them staff is behind and mostly new the manager says. I give Zero stars this place is wack
I think we caught them when short staffed. One kid ordered corn dogs which took quite a while at the drive through. But they got all our order right, the food was delicious, and the service was great and with a smile. Love the large menu with so many options. Definitely recommend!
