this location is right by my bus stop so I came in almost every day. I totally understand that 1 person stopping going there won't mess anything up, but I really liked sitting in there and supporting a smaller coffee shop over somewhere like Starbucks. I went in there with a friend the other day and then came in again alone today. I waited like 15-20 mins just for a server telling me I'm banned from this location. I got accused of smoking the bathrooms. smoking what, cigarettes? it's the only thing I do smoke. I have no clue what my friend may have done in there because she used the bathroom as well. and If I would have actually smoked whatever they are blaming me of I wouldn't of left a review. I can totally own up to my own actions. I guess I'll go get overpriced coffee at Starbucks instead lmao. get it right jeezus christ
I was on my bicycle and there were no cars in the drive. I pulled up to the window, the employee said she can’t serve walk-ups and I’d have to come inside to order. I’m not a walk-up, I’m a BIKE-UP. It’s infuriating that this store would promote customers to sit in their idling car reading their phones and spilling noxious fumes in and around their employees but ask a bike rider to get off their bike take off their helmet, lock their bike and come in to order. Shame on management, to bad they don’t tell car drivers that they can’t be sever in the drive up because of the unhealthy carbon monoxide they force employees to breath while taking their order. Sorry for the rant but Colorado Is suppose to be the healthiest star in the Union.
This place is great! The people that work here are really nice and very helpful. They have delicious coffee and a great menu. I use to be a regular at Starbucks, but since trying ziggies coffee I can totally tell how bitter Starbucks coffee tastes now.. I'm now a ziggies regular and they know what I want without me ordering lol? Kennedy, Brit, and all the other great people there are super friendly..thank you?
Great coffee without the coffee shop wanna be revolutionary drama. Just straight shooting, honest, great service! Their drive through is so quick I was surprised for sure!
My one star is for whichever employee uses the essential oils. Just because you think patchouli smells nice does not mean everyone else does!!! I hate the smell and I literally just threw a $8 drink out the window because the smell was making me sick ? tell the wook to keep the oils off of their hands...I want my tip back!!!
I used to be a regular everyday I now will have my Coffee elsewhere. Today my kids and I happen to drive that way went to the drive through. The girls taking my order was so Inpatient as I was asking what my kids what they wanted. When I get up to the window I see it's the same Red head with Glasses Giving me attitude with her rudeness as she has before. I've drove off and won't ever go back again to Ziggys at that location. I complained about her about 6 months ago same thing only that time she tried to not give me a free coffee that was on there punch card. I've had other family members say she was real mean with them as well. Everyone else there real nice never had them act out of kindness. No point in calling to complain when she still does the same S***.
they do not understand water to flavor ratio, they are friendly, but like to charge a tip on your purchase that you didn't give them, cant make a London fog to save their soul and they charge you 8 bucks for a 24 oz tea and try to skimp on the tea bag. im sorry Starbucks uses 2 tea bags for 20 oz drink and it kicks with flavor, ziggies trys to use one tea bag for a 24 oz drink and charge you out the [email protected]@ for a 2ed one... and it still tastes like waterthanks for the hot water guys that you charged me 8 bucks for
We went through the drive-thru, it was efficient. The coffee is good, and they were very helpful getting a drink for my granddaughter. The hot chocolate made her feel like she was a part of the grown up experience of drinking coffee, but they made sure that it was the right temperature for her.
I freaking love this coffee shop! Hands down best coffee I've ever had! I go there almost every day and I am never let down! Dutch bros comes in close but this place all day any day
They like to charge you tips you never gave them. Make sure you get the receipt. Both of my last two orders had and added a tip on my card when I tipped cash both times and never received a receipt so how could I have added and signed for a tip? Yeah exactly. Don’t go here.
