Not very comfortable place nobody washed there hands young lady behind the counter played with her hair rubbed her nose and then handled the food....young man took my order handled monies and didn't wash hands before preparing food.dude got him some pop and didn't wash hands this manger needs to do some serious checking into..New Training
This is The worse wing stop ever I am still waiting for my order its been so long and there is barley peaple if there was full and busy well its fine but there are berly peaple and the workers are in there phones
Awful Wing Stop location- the owner(s) should be very ashamed and this location should be looked into.As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years- turning a negative into a positive should be the the ultimate goal.I paid for a 10 piece all flats combo- almost $20 and received 7 wings, cold fries and nothing well done as I asked online in my order.When I called about the issue the adolescents working there’s were laughing on the phone not concerned and then their ignorant manager got on the phone telling me that I could come back for 3 wings and no remade fries. Or nothing at all- I was already home for the evening with my kids and family and he only offered me 3 wings only for pickup tonight, no partial refund or a comp for a another day for only a 10 piece.He had no interest in helping the customer after it was their mistake of not making sure there were 10 wings.One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.
Hadn't had them in awhile. And was disappointed. The chicken tasted rubbery. They didn't give us our veggies...I gave 3 because the fires are still delicious!
The worst customer service. Twice in a row order was missing items. They will not deliver the missing items because the delivery service is third party even though the order was placed on Wingstops website. They will not issue a refund either, only a store credit that does not apply to delivery, only pick up. Done.
Long wait have staff just cussing and walking around would not recommend this location waited almost 20 min for a 8pc meal so I just canceled my order and left.
The lady at front counter is rude I came to pick up an order I placed and looked at me like who are you what you here for and she asked is it for pick up and I was like yeah and then she was like what’s the name all rude as if she hated her job like I work for fast food and I would never treat my costumer like that. She was really rude and I understand you need the people but us like workers if we don’t like our jobs leave.
They're really nice but we literally found a long hair breaded into the wings as soon as we took a bite.
Pretty disappointed. Ordered wings for delivery last night and only half of my order showed up. After being on hold for a long time, they told me the options were a) wait 2-3 hours for door dash to deliver the rest or b) get a partial refund. As a small business owner, I would have definitely used this as an opportunity to turn a negative into a positive (coupon, free wings for next visit, ANYTHING). Instead, I was told to check my bank account next week because it would take 5-7 days before posting to my credit card.
So disappointing, was really craving wings!. Besides there being a “FOOD TAX” apart from regular tax half of my order was missing. When I called the store, the employee Miriah was very disrespectful when I ask for a refund. 3-5 days to get a card refund is not acceptable.
