We were told the wait would be 30 min. Okay, then after ordering 40. We went and sat in the dining room and were told they would bring us the food. After waiting over 40 we went back up front and told 5 more min. When the food came the corn was cold and 2 orders of wings were missing. We saw people who came in after us that had their food. Then they brought out the boneless 5 min later. It felt like they forgot we were there in the dining room. Also the soda machine need a wipe down like no other. I love the food but customer service always sucks here. If they don't want to be a sit down restaurant then make it to go! Because believe me after every dining room experience, I don't want to stay!

I ordered a 10 piece combo bone-in the wings were dry no sauce on them, they said it would be 15 minutes it took them 35 and there was only one person ahead of me. 17 bucks.... Never again
I went to this location and noticed that the employees except one was wearing gloves… the cashier, a skinny tall white male kind of emo looking was touching money and the register but then proceeded to step backwards and was handling the food, he even sneezed toward the floor at one point. And the other bigger white guy wasn’t wearing any protective gloves. The only employee wearing gloves was a Latina even though they all were touching food. Super gross and disgusting…

The service is amazing! The food is amazing! & beyond all the staff here is amazing! Definitely recommend everyone to order all of there wings from here if you want quick & tasty food! They did not disappoint to deliver 10/10 quality food & service during a Super Bowl Day.!
Make the trip to colfax and wadsworth location better quality chicken and everytime I order from here I bite into something that is like a Rock or sand pieces chipped a filling eating here gave it another chance and it happened again. Terrible quality of chicken tastes uncooked and has bad flavor.
We often order from here, and from all the time, only 2 times have got my order wrong. It doesn't matter how busy they get; they do a good job
There are nearly as many 1 star reviews as 5. That really tells you there is a problem with consistent quality. Save your time and make wings at home. They'll probably be hotter and taste better. I ordered carryout 3 hours in advance, and still had to wait 50 minutes once I got to the store. Fries were cold and soggy. Wrong sauce on tenders. So much BBQ on half my wings they are swimming and inedible. So little Korean sauce on the others I have bare breading.
Glad I paid $2 extra for these cheese fries...
