Went through the drive through. The line was long and the service was slow. It looked like the food was just slapped together with utter disregard. This restaurant is lucky they received 3 stars.

Like every other fastfood location ever since COVID, this establishment has gone to hell. Just ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a "sour cream and chives baked potato"... Not sure how that statement got completely lost during the order but I received a small fries. Then the sandwich has one little piece of tomato and one flimsy piece of iceberg lettuce. Didn't look like more than a $5 value combo, but I paid $10... Won't be going back. I don't recommend the Belleview location either as the employees are always too stoned to comprehend your order there.

This location has always sucked but it was on my way home from doing errands so I stop by.They were disorganized and confused at orders.Their food quality is disgusting. Took a bite of my burger and wasn't even decent. It tasted old and stale. Waited for my drink to be handed to me for like 2 minutes after I got my food. And you can tell they don't clean their soda machines when you drink their nasty soda.Never go here.

I don’t know if it’s Wendy’s in general or just this store, but everything about my meal was terrible except for the soda. The spicy chicken sandwich was cold and the fries were even colder. Will not return to this location.

How do you mess up an order that is only one item?Apparently, Wendy's has no problem.I ordered a wendy's double hamburger minus mayonnaise and onions on the kiosk. Since I ordered on the kiosk the order should be correct.. wrong!The item had both onions and mayonnaise.Total incompetence!The burger had flavor of the onions, it was not enjoyable. I did not go in to return order as I was on my lunch break and did not have time.

Beware of Louie. He has a cash scam going at the drive in window. Charged my CC twice after trying to get cash from me for the balance. Which there was no balance. Tried to call corporate no answer. Tried to email and that didn't work either. Got a charge back from Visa. Bye Bye Wendy's.

Went to get drive through at 11. The person who answered the drive through told me they are closed because he has minors they are trying to get home. MINORS ARE SUPPOSED TO GO HOME ABSOLUTELY NO LATER THAN 10:30. So I drive around and see a full crew laughing and joking around and they had people eating Wendy’s in the parking lot. Definitely calling corporate and reporting to the labor board. Your drive through person was absolutely rude about the situation too.

Long drive thru wait, along with only being able to order small sized combos? Like how hard is it to make a fry or drink medium with the same amount of work? Along with them not serving chicken and only beef for being lazy. I'm seriously impressed with how low standards have fallen recently.

I can not believe this is a franchise and they are still open. This place is a joke of a fast food restaurant let alone a franchise. Their service is extremely slow, like 30 minutes in the drive thru slow. Then on top of the slow service their hours never match their posted franchise hours online. Sometimes they close up to four hours earlier then their posted online franchise hours. If I was the owner of this location I would have a serious conversation with my staff as to why my business is closing four hours early.

After a 20 minute wait in the drive through, they tried to give me a small Coke when I ordered a large. Instead of just giving me what I ordered they decided to argue with me and tell me that I only paid for a small. I order the same thing every time I go to Wendy's, and I not only know what I ordered. I know what it costs. This location has gone downhill recently.
