this Wendy's is always a mess. drive thru wait times are ridiculous even when there is literally one other car in the line. proceeded to give me an attitude after they left me waiting a little over 6 minutes at the intercom to even have my order taken. then gave me the wrong order and forgot half the items that should have been included. apparently having 4+ people on staff on a slow Tuesday night still isnt enough and they cant handle it. go anywhere else off union for food and save yourself the trouble.
Usually this place is a hit or miss it's a 50/50 chance of your order is going to be right when going in late a night within 1 or so before they close. Or if they'll close early on you or if you'll be waiting in line for like 30 to 40 minutes because they only serve one maybe 2 cars at a time. But it's the closest one and I like Wendy's. But this time everything was amazing and fresh still took about 30 minutes from the time I waited in line till I got food
Constant issues at this location. Always over a 15 minute wait in the drive thru. Get there, wait in the line, just to see a “cash only” sign on the intercom. I asked why they always have these issues and the woman working copped an attitude & asked if I could fix the card machine. Their drive thru is impossible to get out of unless you’re in the back. Their should be signage sooner than their 15 minute wait.
If you have an allergy....beware of this location. They are grossly negligent about allergies. I ordered a double stack without bun explaining that I have a gluten allergy. They offered lettuce wrap and I said yes. We were in between kid's events and in a rush on way to baseball game. Went to eat my lettuce wrapped gluten free sandwich and noticed it felt weird. Opened it up and there was a bottom bun. They took off the top bun and left the bottom. If I had eaten that it would have been bad news for me for a couple of weeks!!! We were too far away to go back to that location and I had no lunch to eat then due to their negligence They don't give you receipts anymore so I had trouble figuring out where to call. When I did find the location and number it says the number is not available. Tried multiple times. I am so annoyed with their carelessness. I have tried to reach out to corporate but no response yet. I will for sure keep trying to address this as that error could really hurt someone, make them really sick or die from exposure to an allergen. If you have allergies, be careful at this location!
Worked in restaurants my whole life. The only reason to close services or menu items in your restaurant early is just to be lazy tbh. “Ice cream machine is down... for the evening” translates to “We’re shutting down our ice cream machine now so I can leave early”. It wasn’t “down”, they were doing closing procedures early that’s why there were two giant tubs of hot water next to the machine, so when 12 hits they’re gone. If you work at any restaurant fast food to fine dining, and you expect to leave right when the place closes, you’re delusional. You lose money by subtracting menu items before close. Most restaurants are closed by 8:00-9:00, that’s where fast food makes it’s money outside of obvious lunch and dinner rush, is off people who are off work late and can’t get a bite anywhere else. Those items add $$$ to orders even late at night. So if you’re cool losing money because some people wanna leave 15 min early, keep doin what you’re doing.
Unbelievably slow drive through service. Food was fine but took just over 25 minutes with about 5 cars ahead of me. I hate getting stuck in the line but couldn’t hop out unfortunately. I bet everyone would pay a buck or two more for better service and to pay competent people enough to want to work here as whoever was working couldn’t give af about speedy service
Bro I don’t know what’s up with the people that bag things but I got my food completely dumped into my bag and not separated but the containers like they should have been. It looked like someone threw everything in with zero care. Nuggets everywhere fries everywhere sandwiches smashed and not to mention the customer service isn’t there at the window today like the manners weren’t there. We pushed me to buy something I didn’t want to buy. Like what is going on here?
This is a joke of a business. The branch needs to shut down or get a new owner/ manager. Consistently closed at before an hour before posted time. Staff is actively smoking and working headset from cars saying that they are closed. They will still have cars pulling up to drive thru window, my only guess is dealing drugs. This is just sad and management would obviously rather coast and try to get by instead of investing in good workers.
I wish I could put this place a 0 stars but can't. Just went to ask for condiments and I got attitude while lady was on her phone ignoring EVERYTHING I ASK. DO not go to this one a waste of time. Meals tasted disgusting asked for cheddar cheese MELTED and got shredded cheese called manager to fix situation, guess what she offered free food and laughed at me. Never going back was a good place till now
Slowest service for a "fast" food restaurant! I was in the drive through for over 5min only to move 1 car length. So I parked and went in side I was 6th in line. The front register lady would take 1 order and walk away come back minutes later and take 1 more then walk away! 2 people left from in front of me and I still spent a total of 30 minutes in line to have to leave empty handed since my lunch break was over! You need people who can move for your lunch rush!! to stand there and watch every employee except for two move like they just climbed out of bed is UNEXCEPTABLE!!
