I am really really really disappointed in Village Inn recently. I live all the way up in evergreen and have been coming to this specific location for 2 years now. Beth, Kim, and Megan are absolutely OUTSTANDING girls ! ❤️❤️ Ever since the management change I feel as though the staff has absolutely no support and way over worked. The old manager would always be out and helping staff with whatever needed to be done, this new manager only came out once in a huge rush! The girls were running around like chickens with their heads cut off while we saw the manager ONLY one time and would only help one other person. You could tell she gave her staff dirty looks and a couple times always had a comment about what they were doing wrong when I could only see the staff soinf EVERYTHING they could! The manager looks high every time we have seen her and when she walked past our table REEKED of alcohol. Please find new management for this location!
Becky gave us Friendly, Prompt, Professional,Great Service at the location on 2900 S Wadswoth Blvd, Denver, CO on 04/18/2022. The food also was very good! Thank you Chef!This was so much better than when we were there a few years ago, which is why we have not been there in a long time but whoever is Owning and Managing now Knows What's Up?Thank You All! I think it's all good. Service and food good but I remember when the skillet was a skillet not this little tiny @$$ kitty plate. You guys keep trying to screw us all time.
The service was excellent. I wish I knew our waitress name. She was so kind and attentive. She had a fun, lively personality. The food was served hot and fast. The restaurant was clean and very welcoming. We've lived in this neighborhood for years and never visited because of past terrible experiences at other Village Inn's. This restaurant and our server should be an example for other VI's. We'll be back and will look for her.
We went for pie and left with two delicious well made pies! Toasted Coconut cream and the iconic Strawberry Rhubarb!! Not quite as good as the one my Mom makes but still a good tribute the the classic staple of a pie!!
I am giving Village Inn a five star because the waitress was kind and attentive. VI like many other restaurants are short on employees. I could clearly she was working diligently to keep all the customers happy.
Went in for a nice breakfast with my mom this morning and had a wonderful experience . Delicious food & awesome service from Megan , we will definitely be back !!
I want to preface this with the fact I think the store was heavily understaffed. Service was very slow, majority of the time we spent here was waiting. I got a waffle which was very soft, but also soggy - probably undercooked. It had a weird taste to it. The atmosphere seems nice, granted if it were busier/more staffed, I’m sure it wouldn’t been amazon.
Grandma Terry was sweet. She let us take our time and never rushed us. She checked on us many times and made sure we were happy.
absolutely amazingOur waitress was out of this world she did everything possible to make us happy and above and beyond I can't remember her name I know it started with an a. She was about her mid-40s red hair needs to be recognized for her amazing customer service and that personality that made us want to come backUpdate:We went back to have dinner right after Christmas and it was a horrible experience.eggs under cooked everything else was either cold or under cooked.people around us walked out.the waiter was trying so hard to make it right for everyone.it was utter chaos.we ended up not having to pay.terrible experience
