Easily a five star rating. Thirsty Bear Bar & Grill has fast service, and quick/inexpensive eats.
Randomly picked this place because of the cool name, and then kept our expectations in check after seeing the surprisingly affordable prices. To our surprise, all of the food was AMAZING. Service was quick and delightful. Atmosphere was laid back and fun. Will definitely be coming back!
Definitely worth every star and penny. (Not very expensive so not too many pennies) Anyway, Burger was delish, tater tots yummy and crunchy!!! The waitress was the best I've had this year!!! Great lil neighborhood find!!!
We ended up here because it was one of the only places open after a show at red rocks. Neighborhood feel, as in, when we walked in everyone turned to look at the outsiders, ha! We instantly made friends with several of the regulars and the bartender, who was awesome. We were introduced to pickle shots, which was also a highlight from our visit. Unexpectedly fun night for us, all thanks to the friendly folks.
Real nice staff usually and good, ever-changing food options. Usually had an open patio as well.
It was super packed when we arrived for a late lunch. The Av's were playing so it's a good place to go. We had to sit outside and they pipe the game out there so at least we were able to hear it. The service was really slow but the food was good and hot.
We went in at 1030am on a Sunday and waited for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. There was a girl behind the bar that didn't even glance at us and 2 boys who stepped out of the back, looked around, then went to the back again. We ended up just walking out and no one said anything, not even "sorry" or "have a nice day." There was also another group (4-5 people) that walked in at the same time as us and they were not acknowledged at any point either while we were there.There is no excuse not to notice 6-7 new people on a slower Sunday morning after about 10 minutes of their arrival.0/10 would not recommend.
Great spot to come and have a quick bite and a drink. The staff is awesome and I love the potato skins here. Great if you’re looking for some delicious bar food.

The gentleman working the St. Patties lunch shift was great. Didn't catch his name. Food was decent. Pleasant environment. I'd go back.
