I would like to start this review by saying I have literally written 3 business reviews in my life. All of which have been good. But dear God please read.Listen, here's the thing I know that this taco bell is staffed mainly by teenagers. However there is not a single competent person in this facility. It is horribly unclean the staff are all disrespectful and I honestly think they make mistakes on the order on purpose. Let's start feom the beginning. My partner (who has a dairy allergy) went to get us taco bell. I would like to emphasize the allergy part of this review because it shouldn't be taken lightly. He ordered himself 3 tacos and a bean burrito with NO cheese (in any of the food) and NO sour cream but asked for tomatoes on the tacos. He was there for roughly 20 minutes waiting for the food and came all the way home to find cheese in the burrito. His tacos had literally NOTHING but cheese and sour cream. That's it. Just a shell, beef, cheese, and sour cream. So naturally he went back. He returned about 10 minutes later stating he needed to take the bad order back. When. He went back the drive through lady was on her phone then walked away without acknowledging his presence. The manager then came by they told him that they didn't even need the old food and made him new food. While he waited for his food he said one of the cooks used their HANDS to pur water from the fountain and used the drink fountain water to wash his hands instead of using the sink which is HIGHLY unsanitary. After finally He brought it back home come to find out once again all of his food has cheese. I tried to help him out again by calling. I called 5 separate times they answered but did not speak then hung up on me. He is back there now trying to get the order fixed hopefully for real this time. And this is nit the first time we've had a similar issueMoral of the story is all of these people haven't the slightest clue what they are doing. It is unsanitary and truly the absolute worst customer service I gave ever experienced in my entire life. Do not eat at this location!!!!!!!
Worst taco bell ever. I'd give no stars if possible. Look im not a big fan of taco bell but this put the last nail in the coffin. Almost every time I've went... which was as a last resort. Let's not mention they open and close as they please. To start off food wise. My food wasn't made to my specifications... which isn't hard. I literally get 2 bean burritos with extra sauce and cheese.... how hard is is it ruin that? Well, one time I was given no sauce and extra onions(don't mind onions, but WHY no sauce). Food doesn't taste that good usually. Beware going inside its usually dirty. Soda bibs all sticky and straw paper trash everywhere.
Don't eat here! This taco bell just keeps getting worse. Ordered #2 supreme. Drive thru forgot my drink. Had to go in. Went 3 blocks up the street to home to eat. Cold and not supreme tacos just regular.

Should be 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered online… thinking this helps employees. Offered go in or drive thru for getting ordered meal. Did “go in” got there at 7:15 doors are locked and can only do drive thru.Very long drive thru line. Thinking not the fault of employees. Until I get to the window to get the food. The employee at the window was so high, I’m shocked she could speak. Seemed to be no help to the one doing all the meal prep and getting the orders done.I get working at t bell isn’t ideal but being so stoned you can barely function seems like it makes working there worse.Super disappointed in the Mexican pizzas (so looking forward to those) but given the one working doing everything, I guess they could have been worse.
Very little cheese, hardly a full serving of fries, and no hot sauce. Big thumbs down from me taco bell. PS bring back the mexican pizza
Please give Alex F a raise!!! me and partner came through the drive through, and ultimately it was about 30 minutes of waiting but he was handling the orders one by one by himself he was extremely nice. once we ordered we got our food quickly and well prepped.
I gotta say this place is Poppin off the chain late night. I give this place stars for the employees that make this mad house function. Bravo, thank you, and props to you all for showing up the next day and doing it again. I waited almost an hour in the drive through line picking up food the other night. Total mad house. As for the food quality I'm always on the fence. For what it is...it's all good.:)
Just went through the drive through and ordered the chicken whatever deluxe combo box and specially said several times I need one with no meat substitute black beans and the other no meat substitute refried beans. It took the girl a minute but gave me my total and I paid and got my food. When I got home, I opened the packaging to find meat in 90% of my order! Being vegan this was very upsetting. I tried calling several times but the phone doesn’t work.
I will never eat here again ! Crunch wrap supreme and 2 soft taco supremes...the pics speak for them selves
