A bit understaffed but the food was good and the customer service was alright.

This was horrible customer service. I wish I read other people's tales on it first. Went here for three sandwiches and only got two. When bringing up the mistake calmly the manager, and his ego respond with, "How many sandwiches did you get?" "Two obviously I wouldn't have come back in had there been three." Then the other worker decides it's smart and that response was required. The response," you should make him wait til the others are served first. " Umm this isnt my fault I already waited in line to bring this error to your attention. Probably won't return. People like this ruin the brand for others.
Well I guess you would expect to expect that most subways are all the same. This one pretty much is just like all the other ones it's clean they make nice fresh food they were quick to make our sandwiches and go back to here again. As I've already in here a 100 times before

Only giving a 1 cause have to but am rating it a negitive 1 because both kids that were on shift were not very friendly , very quite . The female headed for the back after greeting us leaving the young man to do our order of 3 foot longs . ran out of onions he went to ger more and she came back started to finish our sandwiches . pans were hitting floor in the back . 3rd sandwich asked for onions she says were out & pulls lid up . she rolls all 3 of our sandwichs up in paper with 1 end sticking out of the paper !!Another visit forgot bacon on a chicken BACON ranch. Thats strike 2 for us . not sure if its worth a 3rd or not ?!!!Sincerely :Unhappy customers
I didn't test the meats to see if they were real, but I did enjoy my sub.
They sign said they were open but when we went in they said they were closed. Went in during the business hours stayed. The guy inside was rude about it.
Dear ownersI know business has been extremely fruitful through covid especially owning a dying brand. I haven’t been in for 6 months due to the way the employees acted last time so I tried again tonight.After yelling for 5 minutes in a usually empty store I was somewhat concerned if everyone was ok. The only reason I didn’t leave right away.Finally two of your employees came in from the side door. When asked if they worked here they were obviously put out by the potential of having to actually make 3 sandwiches for me.Left for the last time!You should pay them $17hr knowing they are taking such great care of your business that I’m sure will be closed by Christmas.If you don’t believe me check your cameras.7:30pm 6.12.21
Came in ordered our food and Kyle had a very poor attitude. Whatever, then we paid for our stuff and he doesn’t give us the correct change so we go back in to get it and in front of everyone he rudely says “what change” and making it an argument. Well after basically stealing our money he finally gives it back after making us wait for him to finish the line and he never apologized and literally made us feel like an inconvenience. I understand people make mistakes but own it and make it right. Literally a disgusting way for an employee to act. We will let our friends know and we will not be back. Absolutely unacceptable.
