0 stars, but only gave it a 1 because I had to make a selection.Went in tonight to pick up an online order at 4:30pm, one door was locked, and I had to walk around "loiterers" to get in the building through the other door. I didn't realize it at the time I walked by the loiterers that they were talking to me, they said "She is in the bathroom". I didn't put it together until later that they must have been talking to me. Upon entering, vulgar profane laced music was playing very loudly, and no one was behind the counter. If I had not already paid for my order, or if I had had my children with me we would have walked out immediately because there is no need for that music in a place of business. Waited, rang bell, waited...shouted "hello?"....Finally a lady came out from what appeared to be the bathroom, wearing street clothing and gave me my order. I couldn't even be sure she officially worked there because she literally looked like she walked in off Colfax. I couldn't believe how dirty it felt being in that space. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. This location has gone downhill. I hope the food was ok, but it seemed like my order had been sitting there a while since I put it in ahead of time for a later pickup.....NEVER GOING BACK.....
This location always closes early. Like tonight, they closed over an hour early with the open signs on. Half the time they are out of their ingredients as well.
There subs are all great the people there give u more then what u ask for for free that's a good and they make more money there at that small place here in lakewood could going staff your guys and gals are do a good job for this company ?? ??????? ?

I've gone here several times and they're good, except.... apparently their hours are a lie. We tried to go in around 815 to find all the doors locked, their lights off, the employee ignoring us, and the sign on the door saying they were open until 9. Oh, and their phone number is invalid, apparently.
Wow I travel a lot and out 100s been at this one. Well I hate talk bad but for other customers I urge u drive farther for better spot. The gangster act the employees act isn’t real but still very bad store very bad . Sucks but just this one store is why I’ll never come back to a subway. There’s so much more but I hate put the evil stuff said me on a review they wanted give no name or store number. Ordered from the app. Order was never delivered. Store phone number does not work, so I cannot contact them. Subway does not have a customer service line, so I cannot contact them that way either. No options exist on the app or online to report an order was not delivered.
NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN! Placed an online order for two sandwiches, arrived 5 minutes after the pickup time, and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Was even told to go to another store because he was "too busy" to accommodate the online order that was placed 20 minutes before this "too busy" line appeared. First and last time I'll ever go to this store.
Came here at 10am on the Feb 19th and the guys here was super nice and made a really good sandwich. I would definitely come back
The boss was not nice not happy with the portion i received. Will not go back there.i was ignored and felt not important the first in line and last one served. I thing i felt discrimination because im not skinny.
