No person at counter. I has $20 cash with coupon when I walked in.. I finally had to go to the back in kitchen and get some one to make sandwiches. She wasn't happy to serve me. I had money at counter with coupon. I had coupon for buy one get one free. Money disappeared from counter...one woman said she saw it drop to floor. There was no money anywhere on floor. I ended up having to use card to buy my sandwiches. Over $31 for a buy one get one free footlong sandwich coupon. Never will go to Subway again. I was robbed.
Apparently they will close at random times.
I will not be returning to this Subway on Union St. The sign on the door said they were open from 10 AM to 7 PM. When attempting to go in at 10:15 it was locked but by the time I made it back to my car she came out to the door and unlocked so when I went back in the lady working was really rude to start asking if I had a pick up and when I said no, she said she wasn’t open until 11am. I suggested she change her sign then and she rolled her eyes and went to the back. If she’s an employee she needs to be fired, if she’s the owner this store will be closed because you can’t operate business this way.
Went to the Subway at 212 union twice this week and both times they would not open at 10 like the paper taped to the window says. the lady came out to the door today and let someone in at 10 then locked the door. There won"t be a third attempt. I will try the on on Florida from now on.
This well be a subwayI well not return to!!!the lady was very rude to me and my father his sandwich was a foot long and she cut it and rap it in to two and told my dad she didn't have a option, I ordered a rap she didn't add everything that should have been in the rap and was poorly wrapped I had to redo it when I got home wasn't to to fight with her bec she was rude to began with.
The last few times I've showed up this store has been closed. Yesterday it was closed 3 hours early. Get it together.

So three weeks ago the store essentially robbed me. I order via the app and go to the store about an hour before closing. I get there and the door is locked. I knock on the door and a employee with an attitude comes up and says we are closed. I ask why wasn't my order completed? She say I don't care and walks away. (Mind you I already paid over 27$). I try and call voicemail is full. I call the franchise office and leave a message nothing. So if you want to deal with a subway that doesn't care that they steal from customers and refuse to address the problem come here but don't be surprised if they eventually steal from you too.
